A golfer’s delight! Located on The Palms 18 hole golf course with four courses within 10 minutes of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath air conditioned house with private screened in pool. Family room with a pull out couch. Master bedroom with queen size bed. Guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. Can sleep at least 5 or 6 total. Washer and dryer in attached garage. Lots of closet space. Includes cable and Internet access. Quiet deeded community with local hiking trails within minutes and only 15 minutes away by car from Englewood beach, shops, restaurants and night life. Located between Venice and Port Charlotte. Many boat tours and boat rentals available in the area. Catch a Stone Crabs “Tampa Bay Rays” minor league baseball game only a half hour away. There is no Hot Tub or Grill at residence.

Had a really great stay in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Facing the golf course gave us some extra privacy. Heated pool was a bonus.
