As your enter the front door, you are welcomed to a spacious, bright, open area. The living room invites you to a cozy lounge space, which directs you to sliding glass doors leading to the Lanai and the serene pool.

The wonderful over-sized Lanai surrounded with gorgeous pot plants is the main feature for relaxation, next to your enjoyment in the crystal clear pool with a soothing waterfall.

The pool is enclosed within the screened Lanai, providing a bug-free environment under the Florida sun all day long. Electric heating of the pool is available on request at additional charge.

The Lanai is furnished with an elegant patio set that seats six, perfect for outdoor dining, entertaining, as well as lounging for those who love to sunbathe or relax by the poolside.

Separate from the outdoor dining area, a beautiful, all-wicker seating area is available for your pleasure of freshly brewed coffee (espresso machine on the premise), and freshly squeezed orange and grapefruit juice conveniently picked right off the trees in the backyard. A gas barbecue is also provided. It is the perfect tranquil spot to rest, enjoy the peaceful view of the pool, and most of all, observe an abundance of local wildlife (ibis, egrets, wood storks, cranes, herons, osprey, anhingas, cormorants, and gopher turtles).

Back inside, the spacious 2000 square feet home is tastefully decorated with attention to quality and detail. This fully air-conditioned home provides a peaceful and serene setting.

It is a split plan home, with the master bedroom on one side of the house with direct access through sliding glass doors to the Lanai. It has a King size bed, complete with high quality Sealy foam mattress and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a sunken bath, a walk-in Roman shower, two separate vanities, a toilet, and a large walk-in closet.

On the opposite side of the house: a second bedroom - with direct access through sliding glass doors to the Lanai - complete with a Queen size bed. Additionally, there is a third bedroom with two twin beds, providing ample sleeping accommodation for up to six persons.

Both guest bedrooms have their own walk-in closets. The adjoining bathroom is complete with a sink, a toilet, and a combination tub with shower, through which one can access the Lanai, conveniently serving as a pool bathroom.
A generous amount of quality bed and bath-linens are provided.
Hair-dryer is available in the main bathroom.
All beds have top quality silk duvets and waterproof protective covers.

The living room is centred on a 50-inch plasma cable-connected TV and comfortable, modern furniture.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for meal preparation. It has all the conveniences of home: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, blender, electric kettle, toaster, waffle maker and a garbage disposal.

All bedrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the Lanai are fitted with refreshing ceiling fans.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy nook, which overlooks the pool, open to a lovely view during breakfast and morning coffee. From the nook, the Lanai and pool can be accessed through sliding glass doors.

An elegant formal dining room comfortably seats six people and provides a view of the unique art work and palm trees at the front of the house.

A separate utility room is equipped with a clothes washer, dryer, sink and an ironing board, as well as a self-lifting iron. A spacious double garage with automatic up-and-over door provides substantial short-term storage.

For those who need to keep in touch with family, friends, or business via Internet, there is Comcast (cable) and high-speed/broadband access available to your own personal laptop/notebook (a computer is not provided). The VOIP phone service allows for free local and national (US and Canada) calls, with international calls available by using a phone card (easily purchased locally).

The antimicrobial ultraviolet (UV) light installed in the heating-A/C system ensures that the house remains allergy-free.

There is a Winn-Dixie (discount membership provided), Publix, CVS, Walgreens, and Wal-Mart within a few miles for your shopping needs.

The yard and pool are maintained weekly.

If you need any assistance during your stay, our local management company supervises practical matters, such as any break-downs and end-of-stay cleaning. They are available to help you if such needs arise.
