Great location and responsive communication. Unfortunately the hot tub was not operational during our winter stay and the bathtub stopper did not function, which limited use of key amenities. We appreciated the offer to store luggage after checkout.

Hi Rachel, thank you for your review. The hot tub pump failed during the reservation right before your arrival. We were able to fix it in a few days, but not before your reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience. The hot tub is now fully functional again!
