Fantastic Fernie Flat !! Central Location & Amenities

Quiet top floor suite with mountain views that features a cozy living room with fireplace and sofa bed including HDTV, Chromecast, DVD player, DVDs and board games to make your stay more enjoyable. Main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. We have a fully equipped kitchen and in suite laundry for your convenience. Enjoy access to all amenities including underground heated parking, fitness room, pool, hot tub and steam room. Just 5 min from the hill and a short walk to restaurants & bars.

PLEASE NOTE: The pool area will be under construction until early March & the hot tub/pool will be unavailable. The pool/steam room may be accessible on select days, but we don’t have confirmed dates as of yet.

Well appointed and great location!

We came to Fernie for some hiking and touring. The condo is perfect for a couple. Well appointed and cozy for staying in and a great location for a walk into town to explore the shops restaurants, and trails. A short drive to the alpine resort.

Perfect place for skiers in Fernie

The owners are very quick & efficient in their responses to any inquiries. The condo is as stated (other than fob being a different colour, which is just an info update fix). I would definitely recommend it.

We have stayed in this condo 3 times now. The condo is exactly as described and has everything you need for a ski vacation. Being on the top floor means extra high ceilings in the living room which gives a feeling of space. When ski conditions are not ideal, having the gym in the building is a bonus. Close proximity to downtown and quick drive to the ski hill. We will be back!

Noisy heating system

The heating system when turning on several times a night was very noisy. Also, there was no toaster. We asked the owners and they said they did not have time to replace it before we got there.

The place was neat and clean, and provided the required lodging. The only disappointment was the spa and pool area were under construction; hence we couldn't use the spa - one of the criteria we used for picking this place. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay there and went to the Fernie Aquatic Center for steam, hot tub and pool.

Our 2nd visit

We came back for a 2nd visit to this condo. We love condo itself with its high ceilings and great layout. It’s the perfect size for a couple. The kitchen has everything you would need and the bbq on the balcony was great. Although not on the mountain, its only a 7 min. Drive to the slopes and the ski locker in the parkade is very handy. Its close to the town centre for groceries, etc. When we are not skiing, we also like to swim and the Fernie Aquatics Centre is very close and a beautiful facility. Thank you for your hospitality. We will be back!

Lovely place in beautiful Fernie

This is a great place to visit Fernie. It is conveniently located to walk to the river trails (10 minutes), downtown (20 minutes) and everything else in the area is easily accessible by car in under 10 minutes. The highway is noisy in front of the building, but being on the back it is way less noticeable. The occasional train whistle in the distance don't bother at all. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Great location!

Great place to stay, enough room to relax and enjoy on the not so sunny days. Check in was easy, even when you arrive super late. Condo had all the amenities, need a cupboard to store food. Great location, close to great eats, highly recommend the ice cream place: Happy Cow. Fernie Cattle Co. was also excellent food and service! Definitely would stay here again.

Great Little Place

We rented the condo for a weekend getaway. The rental was exactly as advertised. Check-in using the lock-box was super easy. We didn't cook but the kitchen had everything we needed to drink coffee in the morning and eat takeout. The complex sits right off the highway but the unit doesn't face the highway, so noise didn't bother us. Unfortunately, due to COVID, the pool was closed. We would rent the unit again.

The place was clean and the unit was as advertised, but none of the amenities were available. I understand that there are limitations beyond the condo owners control given the pandemic, but they could have updated the advertisement to note the changes, especially since the pandemic has been in place for 5 months now. There were also hidden fees. We stayed for 2 nights and had $166 in fees before taxes. That was included in an email that was sent to us, but only after it was paid. Overall the unexpected costs and lack of amenities made the experience disappointing which is a shame because the unit was nice and clean.
