This is a newly constructed (Feb 2018), full-time vacation rental home designed specifically to cater to large groups. At 3625 sq. ft., it comfortably sleeps 18 people in beds with features to facilitate large gatherings such as two dishwashers, two pairs of washer/dryers, endless hot water, dining for 20, and a 500 sq. ft. bonus room.

Wheelchair friendly design elements such as ramp to front entry door, curbless shower, etc.

30' deep garage allows parking of extra long vehicles.

Amazing Birthday Weekend

I wanted a weekend away for my birthday with nothing but board games and friends and an awesome house. Check to all three. This house will accomadate all of your group needs, plenty of open space to hang out, all of the ammenities. The owner's were very communicative with the couple questions I had, and they have a darling story about the house. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect fit for our group!

This is the third time my group of friends has stayed in this house. Lots of bedrooms, well-appointed kitchen, and two large tables with ample seating makes it an excellent fit for our annual extended board gaming weekends.

Great place to stay

Place was big enough for 10 of us and a toddler. Great viewing area upstairs. The two sets of laundry machines was very convenient. We definitely plan on staying here again if we are up there.

Cousin’s reunion

Every other year the group of cousin’s from my dad’s side of the family get together. Usually we end up with a group of around 20 when spouses and kids are included. With 2 of the cousins living in the greater Portland area, this was great for the rest of us. Spacious and comfortable. If I had one recommendation, I say put an extra fridge in the garage.

Great Family House

This home allowed our family of 11 to enjoy quality time together. There was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was easy to navigate and well stocked with essential items. We made breakfast every morning. The teen grandsons enjoyed the ping pong table.I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a comfortable group stay!

Great for large group

This property was excellent for our large group. The location was wonderful - perfect distance from downtown and also easy drive out to Cannon Beach and to Multnomah Falls/Columbia River Gorge. Would 100% recommend this property. The double washer/dryer was a wonderful touch!

Wonderful home with lots of space!

We had a wonderful long weekend! Everything we wanted in the kitchen was here, plenty of space for 8 people, and everything is well maintained! Very easy stay for our group. It's hard to find places with separate places for groups that aren't a bunch of couples, which made this a great option for us.

Our family stayed here over the weekend while we got married. It was such a luxury to have everyone be able to spend so much time together. The house is so big and so well stocked, we had everything we needed.

Just as advertised!

We had a group of 14 adults who did not necessarily know each other well before the weekend. The layout of the home was perfect for getting to know each other and not having to hide out in a bedroom for privacy. Would stay there again.

Family Visit

Our son moved to Portland in August Due to this move, our family wanted to make a big trip out west. The house provided the perfect getaway for our family. There was plenty of room and the accommodations were excellent. The location allowed us to visit the coast, Portland and Mount Hood area. The owners responded to all of our questions and made it a very easy transaction. Highly recommend!

Very large house that easily accommodated our family of 12.

The house was excellent, with plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to have two tables for eating. The backyard was great for the children. It was very convenient to have 2 dishwashers available. Plenty of kitchen items, including plenty of plates and silverware The large screen with a projector in the second floor was a nice addition. Very large garage and additional parking in front of it.

Big beautiful home

Spacious, well appointed home capable of handling a crowd. Our party of seven had lots of elbow room. All but 2 had their own bedrooms. Ping pong table and foosball were a nice touch. Hosts responsive to our needs. We recommend this property to anyone with a number of guests.

Family wedding

The house was much bigger than expected. We had plenty of room for the bridal party and our family to sleep and eat. The parking situation was not as bad as i had anticipated even when someone not on our party parked in front of the house and left us with only 4 spots. Great memories were made in this beautiful house.

Sylvia: Mom. Beautiful, Brazilian, and quiet (opposites attract I guess). Loves books and re-runs of Monk. The Boss.

Alexandre: Goes by Xande (Shun-dee). Gifted athlete, a good Boy Scout, and mom thinks he’s handsome. Professional Spikeball player (not a joke).

Sariah: Beautiful, elegant, and a wonderful leader. Waiting for a boy that can beat her in tennis.

Isabella: Goes by Bella. Humorous, motherly, and is always smiling… but tough as nails.

Sophia: She knows what she wants and she’ll tell you what’s on her mind. Look out!

Isaiah: A welcome surprise to the family. Isaiah makes friends with everyone.

Grandpa: He’s looking down on us now from a better place. Read the plaque on the entryway to learn more about how he helped build this wonderful house you’re staying in.

Theo: The dog. Hyper and friendly, and above all, loyal. What more can you want?

Lady: Two dogs is a lot, especially Lady! We love her but wow she’s a handful!

Jack and Luna: Brother and sister cats. They only like Sylvia and just tolerate the rest of us. It’s okay, we feed ‘em anyways and change their litter box to earn their once-per-month cuddly moment.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in a large family and now I have a large family of my own. I know how difficult and expensive it is to find the right vacation home to fit everyone. I personally designed and built this home to allow families to come together comfortably. For extra large groups, we also own an adjacent (literally next door) property that sleeps 14.
