This beautiful, 2000 square foot home has an open floor plan and kitchen stocked with everything you'll need. Just bring the groceries and you're ready to cook! · Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. · 5 Minute walk to light-rail and the award-winning Orenco Station, with restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and the natural grocer New Seasons. · 10 to 15 minutes from most local farms and wineries. 25 minutes from Portland. · 5 to 10 minutes from all Intel campuses.

Your kitchen, living room, dining room and full laundry room are on the bottom floor, and all bedrooms and the two main bathrooms are on the upper floor. It's necessary to be able to climb stairs if you stay in the home as there are 3 steps up to enter the front door. All your bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room to stretch out and settle in.

The living room has plenty of seating for a large group, and the dining table expands to seat up to 10. The bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people and we also provide a queen sized air mattress that can accommodate 2 additional guests.
