My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The soaker tub was huge and perfect for relaxing, and the views were beautiful and peaceful. The home was exactly what we needed for a getaway.
The cabin was way better than we expected. Was really glad the other one that we were looking at got booked up and we were fortunate enough to get this one. Had more enough room very clean and relaxing. Thank you.
Wonderful cabin to stay in if you are looking for some R&R! This cabin is very secluded and very peaceful. The host was wonderful and responded quickly to our messages. The views are absolutely amazing from both the deck and patio. The soaker tub is very relaxing. And a highlight is the gorgeous sunsets that can be enjoyed from both the deck and the hot tub. We would definitely recommend this cabin!
The views would have been nice, but the weather was cold and wet, drizzle, then rain. The hot tub was hot,but again the weather played in. Not in control of that. Still had a great time and want to rent here again.
Super clean property! The view was breathtaking! The sunrise and sunset were both jaw dropping. Linens were soft and great quality thick towels. We roasted s’mores in the fire pit and relaxed in the hot tub. The house was close to Blue Ridge. We brought our dogs and they loved their stay as well. We always bring our crate with us when we travel. We were surprised to see a crate at the house and a mat for dog bowls. That is something we don’t see very often and really appreciated that extra touch. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was top notch!!! Our stay could not have been better.
Nice and private, loved that it was dog friendly and host was easy to contact.

About the host
Hosted by Katherine Paisley
As a host, we are the owner and manager of this cabin. We know the property inside and out and can problem solve directly with our guests if needed. My husband and I have 3 children, 2 cats, and a dog. We enjoy spending time with our family. I like to hike, crochet, and read. I'm always looking for my next crochet project and good book.
Why they chose this property
It is very quiet and peaceful where our cabin is located. We are on 7 acres and have a lot of privacy. We always sleep extremely well at the cabin. We are conveniently located between Blue Ridge and McCaysville. It takes less than 20 minutes to get to Blue Ridge and 15 to McCaysville.
What makes this property unique
We are one cabin on 7 acres of land. This is very unique. We are close enough to town for convenience, but for enough away to not see any town lights. The stars at night are quite magnificent (and we have a telescope).
