This Turlock home boasts 3 inviting bedrooms with 2 have comfy queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Guests will be happy to have Central heat and air. Free internet with Roku available on both TV’s. A TV in living room and master bedroom. Brand new appliances and fully equipped to make those special meals. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with shower and shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer with soap & softener to keep your clothes squeaky clean. Iron and ironing board for that wrinkled garment. Two blocks from Stanislaus University. Emanuel Medical Center a few minutes away. Approximately 5 minutes from Costco and in the heart of Turlock shopping in the new and old areas of Turlock. Relax in the back yard with Bistro set with umbrella and patio chair set for those evenings to relax. We look forward to your visit.
