Glacier Retreat Estates - Sweeping Mountain Views!

The Glacier Retreat Estate has a total of 8,500 sq feet of living space, 14 bedrooms, 16 beds, & 10 bathrooms across 4 properties on 1.2 acres with Sweeping Mountain Views! The main house includes 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, and over 4,300 sq feet of living space! Additionally, there is a 1-bedroom apartment in the back of the main home with a separate entrance that includes 800 sq feet of living space, a private full-size kitchen and full bathroom. Lastly, there are two townhomes, each with 1700sq feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and each with private fully fenced in backyards. Glacier Retreat is perfect for family reunions, wedding groups, friends, dogs, & business professionals to come enjoy some time in the mountains. We also have high chairs and pack and play cribs available upon request for those with little ones! The detached/separate shop/garage is off limits for the guests, but the other 3 traditional residential attached garages are for the guests. The home is located on a quiet residential street in Columbia Falls. A short drive to downtown Columbia Falls, downtown Whitefish, and only 20-25 minutes from Glacier National Park!
No partying, events, or large gatherings unless previously discussed with the host. There will be a $1500.00 fine and immediate eviction with no refunds without prior host approval.

Quiet hours from 9pm-9am per Columbia Falls city ordinance. Music must be at a low volume and never with profanity. Please be respectful to our neighbors.

Any unregistered guests who are not on the original reservation are not permitted on the property unless previously discussed with the host. We have a maximum occupancy of 36 people. A $200.00 fine per extra guest per night without previous approval and/or communication to the host will be charged.

No smoking, vaping, or electronic smoking devices are allowed in the home. Violation will result in a $1500 fine.

There is a $280.00 pet fee. Please let us know ahead of time so we can alter the reservation. No cats due to severe allergies as we do utilize this property as our home as well (this includes ESA and Support animals). Please clean up after your pets while on the premises. Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofa/couches.

Before you leave, please remove your trash and utilize the large trash bins outside. Trash day is early on Monday morning.

Check-out is at 10:00am. Late checkout fee of $50 per every 30 minutes late, unless previously communicated and agreed upon with the host in advance.

For firepit usage, the guests are responsible for any and all damages caused. Fires are not allowed to have flames over 2 feet in height, and all fire must be contained in the firepit at all times. PLEASE be extremely careful during fire season in the summer and fall as any and all damages will be the full responsibility of the guests.
