Perfectly located at the heart of traditional old town of Mykonos with panoramic view of the windmills and the old harbor of the island from the private roof garden terrace.This bright and spacious traditional family home was built by my grandfather in the late 60s, a genuine traditional Mykonian architect jewel. It has been fully renovated in 2017 keeping much of its original character. It is situated in the heart of Mykonos town but in a neighbourhood largely unaffected by the nightlife noise.

You will benefit from its truly clear and positive energy, appreciate its ultra anatomic mattresses and pillows, savour the sun in the 54sqm terrace and enjoy its wonderful view. It is situated in the heart of Mykonos town but in a neighborhood largely unaffected by the nightlife noise, a very important criterion for houses in the centre. Suitable for couples and families.
The space
This bright, spacious (54sq.m) and heartwarming apartment was built by my grandfather in the late 60s and has been our family vacation home since. Fully renovated in 2017, we have tried to keep it real, the way local houses look like, neither too white nor too minimal, with lots of personal objects inside.
We have also worked a lot to create a truly clear and positive energy in the house, and we are sure you will sense it and benefit from it.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (1.66x2.10), with an ultra anatomic mattress (memory foam, 28cm width), which makes sleep an incredible experience. The living room / second bedroom has a wooden sofa, permanently turned into a double bed (1.40x1.90)with a high-quality anatomic bed mattress (20cm width) and a single brand new sofa bed. Sleeping pillows in both beds are anatomic, hypoallergic, from natural, aloe vera based materials, that will greatly please your neck and spine. We have put more than enough attention to the quality of the mattress and pillows because we understand the importance of a good rest during our own vacation. In the bedrooms, there are spacious closets, part of which guests can use for storage.
Both bedroom and sitting room have access to a long traditional Mykonian balcony with a view.
We have a small but fully equipped kitchen, with an ever so sweet light around noon, where you can enjoy your meals and hang around when the sitting room is turned into a bedroom.
A marble staircase leads to the 54sq meters terrace, with this absolutely great view, where you can sunbathe, dine, take in the vibe of the place, or just simply chill.
The location of the home is a true advantage that allows you to enjoy your holiday at the heart of the town. During daytime you can start your walk at the stores of the main market just 30 meters away while later you can experience the numerous nightlife options of the town. Nearby there are all kinds of shops, restaurants, cafes, super market, and everything you might need during your vacation.
Chora is a traditional village with a cosmopolitan character that impresses all visitors. In the narrow cobblestone paths you will find many shops and boutiques, as and small shops selling local products.
When the night falls Chora becomes an endless party where everyone revels until the next morning. Mykonos island belongs to the complex of Cyclades and is one of the jewels of Aegean. It is located between Naxos and Tinos, while there are daily excursion boats leaving for the island in antiquity, Delos. Mykonos is one of the first islands that developed in tourism and attracted tourists from all over the world.This island is the queen of fun. Here, holidays means partying. An endless party that starts when visitors arrive at the port and ends when they leave Mykonos. Apart from entertainment, Mykonos offers calmness to whoever wants it. There are quiet villages and beaches where visitors can enjoy their vacation away from the madness of the island.
You will appreciate the easy access to the means of transport as taxi service is less than a minute away from the house while the public bus main stations are only ten to fifteen minutes distance. Also free parking area for your car or scooter is right out of the city, just ten minutes away from the house. Our home is situated just a few steps from Manto square, the most famous stone-built square of the town with the traditional taxi station.

Great
It was perfect for anyone wanting to be right in the mix. My daughter and I enjoyed the rooftop deck. Communication was perfect and check in was easy. Only areas of concern was a power loss to the entire area so not the property owners fault. Lots of stairs to haul your luggage up was quite exhausting and the beds/pillows were a little worn out but doable. If you’re a larger frame person, the shower may not work for you, it’s very small.

Great location and view
Right in the action that is Old Town, this quaint apartment provides unmatched views of the city and coast from a great private roof top patio. Florinda was an absolute pleasure to coordinate check in with. She walked me step by step how to get to Old Town, met me at the sea bus and personally took me to the apartment. Highly recommend staying here if you want the Old Town experience. Thanks you for everything.

Friendly city with the best views
Annita was the friendliest host I've ever had and she was very thorough in showing us how to get around the town and pointing out the best locations to check out. While the house was a bit small, as there were 5 of us sharing a single bathroom, the rooftop terrace certainly made up for it. The house was equipped with everything we needed, and if there was something missing, Annita was always ready to help. The Location is amazing, for me it was the perfect distance away from all the bars and shops so that at night I wasn't kept awake by the noise and the walk during the day to reach everything was very short. overall, 10/10. :)

Amazing view
Annita was warm and welcoming and had lots of suggestions for our stay in Mykonos. The best part of this apartment was the view from the rooftop! It is in the heart of town, which was wonderful. Be advised that since this is a pedestrian-only area, you must tote your luggage from about 1/4 mile and up many stairs. Annita helped with this, which was kind & much-appreciated.
