Your cozy getaway awaits in Finleyville at this beautiful home! With 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this adorable property is perfect for families or groups of friends. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with showers, one tub and a hair dryer. Plus, there's an additional basement space with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. There is lots to do as we have turned the 2 car garage into a game room. Games include one on one basketball, ping pong, air hockey, Wii video games and darts. We also have a Helix lateral trainer if you want to do a little exercising during your stay. On the main level we have a multi game arcade machine in the sunroom for two players. We also have a Scrabble coffee table in the living room and, in the basement, there is an assortment of board games and card games in the cabinet under the tv for your use. We are only 30-40 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh and 20 minutes to Hollywood Casino at The Meadows, Nearby Trax Farms and Mingo Creek County Park offers family fun year round. We hope you enjoy what our home, Finleyville and the surrounding Pittsburgh area has to offer.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure you lock the doors every time you leave the property.
Pets are welcome but there is an additional $150 pet fee. Please be sure to clean up after your pet inside and out. Please no pets on the beds or couches.
Please start a load of towels in the washing machine. Also, load and run the dishwasher prior to leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please put the garbage can out by the curb Thursday evening for Friday morning pick up.

Why they chose this property

Both of my sisters live in the area. One is only seven minutes away. Her and her husband take care of the property for us. Finleyville is a nice, quiet town that’s not far from where I grew up.

What makes this property unique

This property is in a great neighborhood! It’s peaceful, quiet and backs up to the woods. There are lots of turkey and deer roaming around. It has a spacious primary bedroom with a spa like bathroom. The two car garage became a gaming area so there is lots to do!
