The house was very spacious and in a quiet neighborhood. It wasn’t far from shopping and stores.

The host communicated well, and the amenities were as promised. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Those parts of our stay were fabulous! However, the home had noticable drywall dust in every room: on ceiling fans, under the furniture, in dresser drawers, and a thin layer on the floors. The dust on our shoes and clothing is what made us notice it.

Sincerely apologize for the dust you encountered. That certainly isn’t the standard strive to provide. It appears there was residual dust from prior maintenance that was unfortunately missed during the turnover process, will take responsibility for that oversight. Your feedback has been shared with my cleaning team, and we are implementing a more detailed post-maintenance inspection checklist — including ceiling fans, drawers, and areas under furniture — to ensure this does not happen again.
