At our property, we have policies in place to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all our guests:
- We strictly enforce quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Outdoor music is not permitted after 10 pm, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
- Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
- The Pet Fee is Non-Refundable and is $175.39 (taxes included) per stay. Only dogs are permitted with written permission only, Maximum of 2 dogs. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty.
- The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay.
- The swimming pool can be heated at an additional cost. Please contact us to arrange heating, and do not attempt to heat the pool on your own. To avoid extra fines, please refrain from using glass tableware or bottles near the pool, and rinse off any sunscreen before entering the water.
- For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.

Location was great! House was beautiful and spacious. Kitchen was fully equipped. Great views and easy access to boat ramps. Loved we could bring our jetskis to enjoy the lake and be able to dock them at night. Plenty of extras to make our stay even more enjoyable, with plenty of games and water toys. Will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

This is an amazing property. Million dollar views, easily accommodated 16 people, well stocked with top of line linen and all the basics you need to cook multiple meals. We had the best time. It was just right!
This was the cleanest, best equipped house we've stayed at on the water. There were 18 of us and we had plenty of space and wonderful sleeping accommodations. The water was not crowded Monday thru Wednesday, so we enjoyed surfing and jet skis. Also there was ample parking for eight cars.
Lots of room and well-planned outdoor spaces and activities made this a fun place for our multi family group.

Great location with everything you need.
Incredibly comfortable house with all we needed. An added bonus was the perfect location to watch the fireworks from the bridge. We would definitely stay here again!
Christopher II was a great place for our family vacation. The property was ideal for all ages. Location on the river was awesome; definitely already considering a return stay at this property!!

We had a mini family reunion, with kids from infants to teens. Everyone enjoyed the property immensely! It was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed and more!
When you first walk in you are just blown away by the view! The layout is so nice for a group. Perfect for multiple families with the bunk room setups. The property was well maintained, management was very helpful and responsive, beautiful view and ample room for our 16. Kids enjoyed all the amenities.
Property was just as advertised. Great location on the water and proximity to everything else. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family gathering of 16.
