Offering Har-Tru tennis courts, pickle ball courts, two fitness centers, three resort style pools complete with hot tubs, Tiki bar and outstanding newly decorated Tuscan inspired clubhouse which offers both casual and fine dining from its Grill Room and Bar.

A reserved covered private parking space near front entrance is exclusively for your use and additional guest parking spaces are provided. One of the community pools is located yards from your front door. The River Strand community is set within magnificently lush landscaped grounds, with jogging, biking, and walking paths to enjoy.

The apartment is immaculate, clean and furnished to make your stay as welcoming and comfortable as possible. Featuring a beautiful setting and including an eat-in kitchen with wood cabinets, granite counter, a breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances including washer dryer, dining/ living room area, a large master suite with king size bed, a spacious guest bedroom, 2 full-size baths including an oversized stall shower, up-scale fixtures, and soaking tub.

This unit also includes a relaxing large screened-in lanai featuring incredible views to enjoy with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There are many extras, wooden flooring, crown molding, paneled wood doors, and 24/7 security. Rent includes all utilities including water, sewer, trash pick-up, 200+ channel cable-HDTV, internet, use of all amenities as well as parking. Best stay ever

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jill and Kris met us the first day and answered any questions we may have had. The condo was as advertised, with up to date furnishings and was very accommodating. The view of the wildlife and golf course were fantastic. Would recommend this condo to anyone.

Perfect getaway

My daughter and I rented this beautiful unit for 5 weeks in December/January - it was the perfect place for a Florida getaway. Jill and Kris were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, it was the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Everything we needed was there and it was very homey. Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

I spent the month of January 2018 in this beautifully decorated condo overseeing both golf and water views. The owners are very friendly, approachable and easily accessible for assistance, etc. Everything about this property exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend booking your stay in such a lovely complex! Everything we could hope for!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and very accessible. Very responsive to our requests and friendly without being obtrusive. The condo was immaculate and the decor was obviously chosen by someone with a great fashion sense. The checkin and checkout processes were seamless and efficient. We would highly recommend this listing and would book again the next time we visit.

Comfortable & beautifully maintained condo!

The property is as beautiful & clean as the property shows in the pictures! The owners are organized & easy to work with. Close to shopping & restaurants. River Strand is very enjoyable for walking, beautiful swimming pools, tennis & golfing. There is nice restaurant on site & a Tiki bar. We enjoyed watching the wild life in the pond, the many different birds, watching the golfers & seeing the River from the condo we stayed in.

The pictures do not do it justice. The check in process was seamless, the condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Jill & Kris, the owners, met with us to make sure everything was satisfactory and explain how to work the TV , thermostat etc and explain what amenities were available. We highly recommend this property and plan to return.

Beautiful Condo

We just returned from a month vacation at this wonderful condo. Jill and Kris greeted us the first day to answer any questions we may have. The condo is very clean with comfortable furnishings and is tastefully decorated for a homey feel. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare meals. We enjoyed the great golf course and wildlife views from the lanai and dinette with some alligator sightings. The pools are within a bike ride or walking distance. Everywhere we went people were so friendly. This is a beautiful condo and would recommend anyone to consider this place for a relaxing getaway. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Jill and Kris. It was a pleasure meeting you.. We would definitely return again.

A Beautiful Condo!

Soon after arriving we had the pleasure of meeting Jill and Kris, the owners. They are extremely lovely people and it was obvious they were eager to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. Their lovely third floor, two bedroom, two bath condo at River Strand is beautiful! The condo is very well decorated with much consideration given to details. Jill and Kris obviously take great pride in their property as it was spotless upon our arrival. Their condo has everything you would need and more to enjoy your stay. In addition to the beautiful interior, the lanai overlooking the fifth hole was very enjoyable. We enjoyed watching the golfers and even took more pleasure in the sights and sounds of the wildlife in the pond below. It was certainly a great place to enjoy an evening glass of wine. There are so many great things to do at River Strand. The golf course, two main pools, satellite pools, fitness centers, tennis and pickle ball courts, the restaurant and tiki bar were always there to entertain. We also found the people in the community of River Strand to be extremely friendly. We would not hesitate in renting from Jill and Kris in the future. The Perfect Condo

This condo had it all, properly furnished with a warm homey feel, clean, all the right kitchen tools and gadgets, amazing views from the screened patio of the golf course and pond. We were here for 3 months and it truly felt like home. The owners Jill & Kris were amazing to deal with and very thorough with providing the right information about the condo and community. Jill also checked in a couple of times to see if all was OK. We did go to the on-site restaurant/clubhouse and very much enjoyed our meals each time we went. We highly recommend this condo and the community of River Strand.

Condo was very comfortable - everything we needed. The unit didn't have a coffee maker, but Jill said to buy one and she would reimburse me. It was very convenient to Anna Marie island and Sarasota. The satellite pool was a short walking distance from our condo. Nice neighborhood for walking and biking. Would love to stay here again.

EXCELLENT STAY!

We enjoyed a month in this clean, comfortable, uncluttered condo … perfect! Given that March 2018 was a cooler month that kept us indoors some days, it made us appreciate the condo even more. Jill and Kris, the owners, could not have been more hospitable in welcoming us and making sure we were settled. They were lovely to work with from start to finish. The interesting and ever-changing view from the condo lania of golfers and wildlife kept us entertained every day. River Strand is an immaculate gated community with much to offer. The nearby pool was our go-to place on warm days and it was a great spot with very nice furniture. The security folks who dropped by regularly were very friendly. The staff at the administration office were pleasant and efficient. The quiet surroundings of River Strand are a place for relaxation away from the busy activities of the Bradenton/Sarasota area. These activities do offer lots of fun nearby, even a polo match if desired, but it was always nice to come “home” to the condo. One would not go wrong, choosing to vacation in this ideal location. Many thanks to Jill and Kris. It is worth noting that VRBO had to be prompted to send our damage deposit refund.

Escaping part of the winter in Upstate New York

Beautiful condo in a very well planned Bradenton gated community - River Strand. There is a Walmart and Publix close by for stocking supplies. Also very easy access to the main highways for exploring. In that regard, the Anna Maria Island beaches are approx. 15 miles away and Rte 64w does not have the hectic FL traffic we have seen in other places. When you enter the condo you immediately have a panoramic view of 2 ponds + a wild life preserve + a few golf holes + the Manatee River. Wow! The condo was in great physical shape and satisfied all our needs. We would recommend paying the River Strand temporary membership. Even if you are not a golfer or tennis player the available amenities are worth it. If you are active in either sport you will recover the fee very quickly. If you are a walker or biker, there are many impressive areas to see in the gated community ... it will make your "exercise" pretty painless. Also there are many smaller swimming pools located throughout the complex. ..... if you prefer that setting vs the main pool (we did both). The condo owners were wonderful . They were easy to work with before arrival + helped us settle in + checked-in periodically during our stay. Their condo reflects the personal touch that made our stay memorable. We would highly recommend renting from them.
