This hidden Canadian gem will take your breath away. Skiing on 4,270 acres, dog sledding, ice fishing, snow shoeing and ridding snowmobiles sound unbelievable. Winter is not your season? What about hiking, enjoying a nice dinner on a patio or cross-country biking? Fancying some swimming or learning to paddle? These are just a few activities you can enjoy while staying in Sun Peaks, one of the best resorts in Canada.
And no matter which season you choose, we have a perfect house with a perfect location for a perfect little getaway for you.
Soleil Chalet is a custom-built mountain home. Its convenient location will allow you and your family to be close to the village and the main ski area of the resort. Not feeling like skiing today? Read a book in front of the fireplace. Watch a movie with your family in your media room with plenty of space for everybody. Your kids can choose between a TV, DVD, or even VCR (let them guess what it is first). Maybe they can enjoy themselves playing the Xbox and you play some pool on your private pool table in the basement. Feeling like exercising? Use the gym that is there only for you. Or just sleep in. The house offers 4 bedrooms and comes with 3 full bathrooms.
The open concept of Soleil Chalet allows you to enjoy the company and the view. And cooking in a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops was never this much fun. You can enjoy your family dinner at the dining table for 8 with additional 4 stools at the kitchen island. Or throw some steaks on the BBQ on the balcony. The spacious deck invites you to enjoy your first cup of coffee made by the Keurig coffee maker, while enjoying the sunrise. And if you are lucky you might see some wildlife wandering around.
This house has 3153 sq. ft. and can sleep up to 10 people.
As a bonus, Soleil Chalet has a garage for 2 cars equipped with a charger for electric vehicles.
The house is dog friendly (1 dog allowed, pet fee applies) and is non-smoking.
Please note - there is a rented suite with separate entrance tucked away on the north corner of the house.

Christmas to remember

Great location for skiing and easy walk to the village. Excellent shared spaces for a large group. Very well provisioned (there were some spices, oil, baking basics even!). The artwork, furnishings, pottery, serving dishes, platters made it feel like a real home. Use of the garage was awesome given the weather. Also the large gear dryer was a total bonus. We were a group of nine adults—the bunk room wasn’t great for our three 20-26 yr old sons!! Lol I’d say sleeps 8 adults comfortably. If we had you get kids in our group, the bunk room would have been perfect. Management company was easy to work with and very responsive. The hot tub was a major draw for us and was used daily—would be great to provide some kind of refresher/Shock treatment that guests could add to help maintain it during times of high use (speaking as a spa owner). Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Location!

We had a lovely time at this property. Comfortable amenities, well-stocked kitchen, and a large enough space to accommodate our family including 3 grandparents, 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The pool table was great fun, the hot tub is one of the best (strong jets for after-ski massage) and the location is very close to the SunBurst Express. Overall a great experience. Thanks.

Relaxing 40th Birthday

What a great experience staying a the Soleil Chalet. The house is perfectly set up for a family with an open concept, games room, hot tub and loft. Super close to village which you can walk directly too. We had lots of fun staying there and were surprised that it was equipped with everything that you would need. Wonderful place and would definitely stay there again.

Excellent house

The house was exactly as shown and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. The dining room table was an excellent place for everyone to eat together. The pool table was an added benefit that was enjoyed by all. the fireplace is cozy and comfortable. House was very clean and inviting.
