About this property

14 Village Walk! - Gorgeous Ski in/out - Great for Families!

Our new Village Walk 3-level Townhouse is just a 2 min walk to the village dining, shopping and ski in/out access. The location is perfect for families, no worries about driving to the village and looking for parking or waiting for others with a resort shuttle.

This large, new townhouse is located on the upper sunny side of the complex with plenty of natural lighting and incredible views. The townhouse is a 3 level 2425 sq feet 3 bdr end unit. We have a private 7-person hot tub out on the main floor patio along with a large outdoor BBQ grill, parking outside and one visitors pass. There is an incredible master suite with a King bed on the upper floor and large ensuite bathroom. There are 2 additional bedrooms with twin bunk beds in one and a King bed in the other both accessing a full 3rd floor bathroom.

The main floor has a large dining table with seating for 8, a large sectional in the family/living room area, island kitchen with seating for 4, a 65" TV Telus optik and Netflix, large fully equipped kitchen, gas stove, Keurig machine, and a powder room. The basement area has a Flex/bedroom with Queen sofa bed with 6" memory foam mattress as well as another 42" TV.

The Garage has 13 Ski/Snowboard racks and boot/glove dryers for 8.

The unit is a 2 min walk to the village and directly across from the new Olympic sized ice rink and swimming pool. Ski in and out is a 2 minute walk away to the center of the Village.

We have property managers on-site and we can also arrange transportation from the Airport with SunPeaks Taxi.

Family Week

We decided to try Sun Peaks hoping it would be less busy than Whistler where we went last winter. We were very pleased with the condo which was so well equipped and a good location within a short walk to the village. Loved the ski storage and hanging area on the lower floor. It was a nice surprise and so much quieter then we expected.

Love this place. Very ski oriented. Kitchen has open pantry to put our food items and keep off of the counter. Kids loved the game room. Very well insulated for noise and great hot tub access.Only complaint is it was -11degrees one day. the plus was they were filming a Netflix Xmas Movie "My Secret Santa".The location to the village is very walkable.

Fantastic Ski Vacation Home!

This house was perfect for our Sun Peaks vacation. It accommodated two families extremely well. There are plenty of hooks throughout the entry for hanging tons of gear, plus boot dryers for everyone in the garage! The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture was perfect for our large group. The beds were heavenly, the great sheets and a very comfortable mattress. Overall we loved our stay and hope to book again next year!

We had a great family ski vacation here. We love Sun Peaks and this condo was a perfect place to stay with our little ones. And a Great Location

Having rented properties for 30 years, our group is fussy. This place was excellent. It wasn’t just because it was new; it was well furnished. There was some definite thought put into the decorating. It was warm, functional and comfortable. Cindy was a friendly and responsive landlord. Finally, even in ski boots, you could walk in one direction to the lifts on one mountain or walk in the opposite direction to the lifts on another mountain.
