Also, 12 minutes away from Tampa Airport, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, University of South Florida, and Bayshore. 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. One hour away from Disney, Universal, or Legoland.



Rennovated Historic Bungalow and Separate Guest House includes amenities such as: Two private entrances, Pool Table, Arcade Games , Stainless Steel Grill, Outdoor dining, Workspaces and High Speed Internet.



This is a rare find in Tampa! Your group will find ample space for dining, with multiple dining areas and extra seating. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, air fryer, icemaker, kuerig, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family.



The comfortable living room features a large smart TV with your favorite streaming services available. Two bedrooms with king size beds. In the remaining two bedrooms in the main house you’ll find queen size beds and twin pull out couches.  All bedrooms have smart TV’s and closets with hangers.



The relaxing backyard is enclosed with privacy fence. Your large group can relax outside, cook dinner on the grill and then relax on the oversized patio sectional in the private outdoor area.



This house has a separate guest house with separate entrance featuring a kitchenette , en suite, queen bed, air mattress and sofa.

Great Family Rental

The rental has everything one needs on vacation and ample space for a large family. It is very close to Busch Gardens as well as restaurants and supermarkets. It could use some updating but a comfortable house to enjoy with the family

The Clark’s take on Tampa!!

My family and I came down for a graduation and I commend them on how well things were kept up…the communication the communication process was amazing…I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to accommodate multiple guests!!.. This place was also very spacious with plenty of activities (games)..etc..We were very pleased with our stay…

Busch Gardens trip

House was perfect for our stay. We had a total of 7 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant and 1 Irish Doodle dog. Plenty of space for everyone, the kids enjoyed the pool table and video games. The parents/grandparents enjoyed the quite space with the in law suite in the back. The Irish Doodle appreciated the fence in yard with some running space to fetch his favorite toy. We only stayed two nights and spent most of our time at the park, however while we were at the house, it really worked well for our family. Thanks for hosting us!

Good rental for large group but quality doesn't justify the price

We had a large group of family in Tampa for a family wedding. This was one of the few houses available during our dates that had enough rooms/beds for our group. Pros: The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was good. And the management company was responsive to most of the issues. Cons: The cottage in the back had a very musty/moldy smell and we did not use it as a bedroom due to the strong smell. The house finishes and furniture were mid to low quality. The kitchenware was low quality and had no standard items (salt, pepper, creamer, etc.). The management company was dismissive about our concerns regarding the moldy/musty smell and did not offer any consideration for our inconvenience. Overall. This is a large house with lots of beds and was clean. It felt like a low quality house flip with cheap furniture - except the beds which were good. I would probably use it again (like a hotel) if the price better represented the quality of the home.
