What a gorgeous place. Everything was perfect. So clean and comfortable.The beds and the bedding were so amazing. I slept like a baby. I loved the little balcony by my bedroom. I could sit out there and have coffee in the morning. The neighborhood is so adorable as well. Definitely will be booking this place when I come back.The host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with.

The house was beautiful, clean, decorated nicely and had all necessities needed provided. When contacting the host, always had a prompt response. Highly recommend!! We will definitely rent again when back in the Tampa area.

We had an amazing time at this house. The pictures don't do it justice. We were four families who came to spend time with our daughters who are attending the local university. It was comfortable and spacious. We cooked dinner and breakfast at the house. The house was clean and well decorated. The host answered my questions quickly. The locks were easy to operate. Everything was great!

Just completed a deeply disappointing experience with a 4‑bedroom VRBO property in Tampa Bay that I had reserved for a weekend getaway for five.Despite VRBO’s requirement that hosts provide access instructions at least 72 hours before check‑in, our host never sent any details. We reached out two hours before arrival with no response. When we arrived at the property at 10 PM, we continued calling and messaging — still nothing.VRBO Customer Care also attempted to contact the host multiple times without success. After waiting an hour at the property late at night, VRBO ultimately processed a refund because we were unable to access the home at all. What should have been the start of a relaxing weekend turned into scrambling to find a small hotel room at the last minute.The next morning, the host finally replied, explaining they had been on an airplane and offering to “rebook us at the same nightly rate.” After the stress, inconvenience, and complete lack of communication, that was not an acceptable solution.Sharing this so others are aware: communication and access reliability matter, especially when traveling late or with a group. This experience was a tough start to what should have been a simple weekend away.

This was an isolated situation where I unfortunately did not see that your reservation had checked in that day before boarding a flight without WiFi, which made me temporarily unreachable during a critical window. I take full responsibility for that lapse in communication. This is not reflective of our normal operations we consistently provide check-in details in advance and remain highly responsive to all guests. Since then, we’ve implemented additional safeguards, including automated check-in instructions and backup coverage, to ensure this cannot happen again. I’m glad a full refund was issued promptly, and I sincerely apologize again for the disruption to your trip.
