We fell in love with this cabin the moment we saw the sweeping views, peaceful setting, and tall walnut trees shading the property — and we’re excited to share it with you. Just **10 minutes from downtown Franklin**, this spacious **3-bedroom, 3-bath cabin** offers mountain charm, modern comforts, and outdoor spaces that feel truly special.

We’ve designed the bedrooms to give everyone their own cozy space:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, private bathroom access, and lovely views
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, just steps from the main living area and with a private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds — a great spot for kids or friends traveling together

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put used towels in the laundry room. If the air mattress is used please deflate and return to upstairs bedroom closet.
All guest garbage MUST be taken to the Highland Road Recycle Center. It is on the way towards town 2 miles up Highland road. Do not leave it anywhere on property.
Please shut the gate on the porch when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you use the smoker/grill, please clean it out for the next guest to keep ash buildup to a minimum and to avoid attracting wild animals.
Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted in the home. Smoking is permitted away from the home only if extinguished butts are disposed of in the garbage.

We had an outstanding time, the cabin was clean and just minutes away from stores, supermarkets, the rooms are spacious with heater I really liked the bathrooms in each room it was convenient, and the views are just breathtaking, my girls really loved it and we were quite pleased the host it’s easy to communicate and check in and check out was a breeze thank you for a wonderful stay!
