Enjoy a peaceful stay at our 2-bedroom cottage on East Hickory Creek. The house features 3 beds, a cozy living space, gas fireplace, and relaxing bar height table with creek view. Enjoy playing cards, meals, drinks or games while you watch the trout-stocked creek. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this fabulous property also offers everything that you could ask for close to the Allegheny National Forest and Allegheny River. Or, boat or swim in Tionesta Lake for the day. Our house has a mini pool table/multi game table, hangout area, creek view reading nook, and small tee-pee area upstairs. Looking forward to welcoming you to our completely renovated cottage on the creek!

Overall, worth the stay. Host is friendly and fast to get back to you if you have any issues. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

So sorry about the well not working properly during your stay. I responded quickly by immediately calling a well repair specialist and thought that everything was fixed within that hour. I am going to have him come back to find out why the water shut off again. Please accept my apologies.

We found the Trout View Cottage so very charming. The cottage was crisp, clean and tastefully decorated. It accommodated 7 people without feeling at all crowded and kids were well entertained. Although settled in a cabin community, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was around a lovely campfire. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Trout View Cottage is a perfect getaway for anyone! Beautifully located, steps away from the creek which was so much fun to explore. Many different trails to hike in the area, also kayaking available right down the road. The cottage is newly renovated and you couldn’t ask for cuter decor! It was spotless and had anything you would need, definitely appreciated the attention to detail. We plan on coming back in the spring!

Looking to visit ANF area this fall? My husband and I just finished renovating this house on East Hickory Creek and would like to rent it to fellow Tionesta lovers! We put our heart and sole into “Trout View” making it a cozy cottage on the creek great for friends and families to make memories.

I currently host another property nearby called Hickory Creek Haven and just love the area and hosting!

Why they chose this property

The creek is beautiful and the neighbors are friendly! It is close to all of the fun day trips that the Allegheny National Forest and the Allegheny River have to offer!

Fishing in Tionesta Lake, swimming, kayaking, hunting, hiking, and horseback riding are just a few of the fun adventures that the Tionesta area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

It has a stocked trout creek in the back yard! Also 3 beds, bar table with seating for 6 that overlooks the creek and a cozy cabin vibe! All appliances and a stocked kitchen and bath for 6 guests.
