Schöne Wohnung mit unzuverlässigem Vermieter
Leider ist unser Urlaub etwas getrübt worden. Zu einem ist die Wohnung nicht in Tel Aviv, sondern in einem Vorort von Tel Aviv, was vor der Buchung für uns nicht wirklich ersichtlich war. Außerdem ist der Vermieter sehr unzuverlässing und kommuniziert schlecht bis gar nicht. Wir haben erst am Anreisetag erfahren (als wir in Israel gelandet sind), wo wir den Schlüssel für die Wohnung erhalten. Auf nach mehrfacher Rückfrage vor dem Antritt der Reise, waren wir nicht wirklich sicher, ob es die Wohnung wirklich gibt. Das hat uns sehr verunsichert, und die Vorfreude sehr getrübt. Dann hatten wir Vorort sechs Tage lang mit Baulärm im Hause zu kämpfen. Auch da gab es keine Reaktion seitens des Vermieters. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön und direkt am Strand gelegen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Die Wohnung ist nach unserer Ansicht zu teuer.

In Spite of some issues, it turned out just ok!

-let's start with leading up to arrival... 3 days prior I still had not gotten details on how I'd get in the apartment. David seemed very nice but was very slow to respond to emails. Usually took 2-3 emails (very different from my other rentals).
-On arrival night, after travelling 12 hours, we find the apartment dirty and bed with dirty sheets. Bathrooms dirty with garbage pails full of trash and dirty towels on the floor. I wanted to scream. We left for a couple of hours and the local manager got things a bit orderly. She was very embarrased and kept apologizing. We tried to stay calm and left for a few hours in the pouring rain.
-building door man speaks zero English and we had a very hard time communicating with the individual.
-Apartment is about 20-25 minutes from Tel Aviv... It should state actual location and NOT Tel-Aviv.
-Entry lobby should have a large mat... the floor is so slippery when it's wet that I actually slipped on a wet night coming into the building. Luckily just some black & blue and nothing serious.
-Kitchen and bathrooms NOT STOCKED- no basics- toilet paper... really? Do you expect travelers to bring their own toilet paper. Kitchen could have basics like at least coffee/tea. Not even bottled water.
-Bed sheets were old and stained. Pillows were little square things and not real pillows.
Needless to say we were disappointed, when I asked for a full night's refund from the owner. He only refunded us $50.00!

This is a modern apartment with an amazing sea view. Shops, restaurants, and beach activities are a short walk away. The building (also modern) also has a 24-hour doorman. I will book it again

Eine tolle Wohnung, jederzeit zu empfehlen
Diese Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl. Internet, Fernseher in jedem Zimmer etc...Alles sehr schön.
Warum gebe ich aber nur 4 Sterne? Ganz einfach, es wäre schön, wenn ab und zu das vorhandene Geschirr wieder ergänzt wird. Damit wird der sehr gute Eindruck doch ein bißchen eingetrübt. Es fehlten beispielsweise Weingläser, Biergläser usw. Dazu gehört auch, dass Geschirrspüler-Tabs bereitgestellt werden, denn das Geschirr gehört zur Wohnung und sollte nicht dem Mieter auferlegt werden. Bei der Nutzung der Waschmaschine sehe ich dies anders.
Diese Wohnung kann ich trotz des Mangels bedingungslos weiter empfehlen. Es ist nicht die typische Touristenregion und man kann super entspannen, insbesondere die tolle Terrasse lädt dazu ein. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und Familien mit kleinen Kindern finden am Strand einen begrenzten Nichtschwimmerbereich und es ist sehr flach.
Ich würde diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Good location to many different cities, traveled to Tel Aviv, Rishon Litzion, Ramle within 30 minutes, Jerusalem in 45, and even a day trip to the north
The apartment was nice, views from the patio were great. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.
