Located on the seafront of Bat Yam, just 15 minutes from the center of Tel Aviv, Israel's vibrant and exciting coastal capital. Just across the street (less than 100 meters) and you're on a golden sandy beach with cafes and great swimming and boating possibilities . The apartment is beautifully furnished and you can lounge in the living room and look at the fabulous Bea and sea view. There's also a large sun balcony with a sun shade. Free telephone usage, WiFi and High Definition TV to help you enjoy your stay. There are a wide range of restaurants and shops within walking distance and good public transportation to all points in Tel Aviv.

Why they chose this property

This luxurious apartment has one of the best sea views in Israel, close by Tel Aviv with excellent amenities within walking distance. We live in Haifa but we have 4 adult daughters who live in the Tel Aviv area and we like to have a second home where we can be close to them and the grandchildren.

Bat Yam has the unusual combination of being both a beach resort town (with the attendant atmosphere), a residential area (with all the facilities) and very close Israel's vibrant cultural capital, Tel Aviv.
