The Cottage

Inside, comfort and convenience meet coastal charm. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds with fresh linens and tranquil décor, while the living room’s pull-out futon couch provides extra sleeping space for families or friends. A brand-new central A/C system keeps the home cool and refreshing year-round.

The open-concept living area is cozy yet spacious, with comfortable seating for movie nights or quiet reading. The fully stocked kitchen is ready for everything from a quick breakfast before a day on the water to a home-cooked seafood dinner.

Two bathrooms with modern updates ensure plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

Outdoor Living

Step outside to a peaceful backyard retreat complete with a fire pit, front and back patio, and outdoor shower, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. The property is dog-friendly, so your four-legged family member can enjoy the getaway too.

The house itself is not directly on the water, but we do have access to our neighborhood dock with water access (2 minute walking distance), makes it easy to park a boat, launch a kayak, enjoy a manatee sighting, or spend the day fishing. With the famous Kings Bay Springs just minutes away, adventure and relaxation are always within reach.
