Great Condo with Views of Deer Valley & Surrounding Mountains

Located between the Deer Valley Ski Resort and Jordanelle Lake. The condo is adjacent to open space and all windows provide views of either the Deer Valley ski mountain or neighboring mountains. If you like to snow ski, water ski, golf, fish, hike, bike or simply relax, this is the place for you.

Make yourself at home in this comfortably furnished condo. Enjoy the wall mounted 55" flat screen smart TV with sound system, DVD WITH Amazon fire stick and Alexa. The living room also features a gas fireplace & sliding door to the covered balcony.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an island with 2 bar stools. Stainless appliances featuring a french door refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are ample amounts of dishes, silverware, cookware, cooking utensils, small appliances and spices.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed with both down and silk comforters, quality cotton linens and wall mounted tv. The master bath has been remodeled with tile floor, granite counter and a custom sized tile shower with Euro Glass door and glass panel.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed, each offering both a down and silk comforter. A wall mounted tv easily viewed from either bed. Each bedroom is carpeted.

The condo is located only steps away from the heated swimming pool (open seasonally), hot tub, fitness center and entertainment room. The entertainment room features a pool table, ping pong table and a big screen TV. The fitness center offers treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, weights & TV. There is also a fenced basketball court/ pickle ball court with an adjacent picnic area with charcoal BBQ, and a children’s play area.

From December 01 through March 30 short term rentals only. Monthly rentals and short term rentals from April 01 through November 30.

No smoking in condo, condo balcony, inside condo building and garage.

Perfect Ski location

This place was just as described and perfect for a long ski weekend. The quiet location next to Jordnelle is perfect. Best thing is all the great places to eat in nearby Midway.

Wonderful Stay, Easy Access to Deer Valley

Our stay at the condo was wonderful. Clean, well appointed, spacious, easy access to Heber City, Park City and Jordanelle Gondola at Deer Valley. Suzy was very responsive and kind, we will definitely be coming back for another stay as soon as we can!

Cozy Getaway

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room for all of us. Having access to the garage was so nice for getting everyone and all of our gear loaded up and unloaded each day. We will definitely stay in the same condo if we make our way back to Park City in the future! It’s close to everything we planned to do on our trip.

A Wonderful Week in the Mountains

My daughter and I spent a week in Park City, using Suzy's condo as a home base. It was convenient to everything we did - Sundance, Homestead spa, hot air ballooning, whitewater rafting, and of course eating out :). It was well appointed - everything you would need, and clean and tidy. We both highly recommend this property!

Fox Bay Condo Was Just Perfect

We had a great time at this wonderful condo with quick access to Deer Valley Resort's Jordanelle Gondola. This clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated home was stocked with an abundance of linens and towels, kitchen appliances and utensils, and paper products and toiletries. Hosts Suzy and John thought of absolutely everything, right down to chip clips in the potholder drawer. TV and WiFi worked great, and plenty of parking was available both inside and out. A great place to stay!

We had another wonderful stay at our home away from home. We are so comfortable here. The condo has everything you need, is well maintained, well stocked, and only a few minutes drive to the DV Jordanelle Gondola. Suzy and John are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Great family get away

We had a fantastic time during our recent stay. The property was great, it was in a very quiet location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Park City but still close enough to enjoy all the sights. Plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out and be comfortable while also allowing us lots of family togetherness. The condo was very well stocked allowing us to cook most meals at home. Loved having the gym in the same building for convenience on those bitter cold mornings. Also the garage access was fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the condo and its proximity to Deer Valley

This is our 3rd time staying in this condo development - 1st time in this condo - and we very much enjoyed our week here (the snow we got was a bonus!). The condo had everything we needed, the hot tub was close by and relaxing, and it was just a short drive up to the parking lot at the gondola. Our son drove over from CO to ski with us on Saturday, with a friend, and even with extra bodies that one night, it still seemed spacious and comfortable. We'd stay here again and would highly recommend it!

Deer Valley Jan 2025

This was a last minute reservation and we were thrilled that the condo was available. Even more thrilled once we got there. Great amenities, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed (and more), comfortable bed, excellent entertainment equipment and much more. Super convenient to the Jordanelle gondola, no issues with parking, etc. to get on the mountain. If available next year for our yearly week trip to Deer Valley we will rent again. Corwin & Debby H
