The kitchen was super out dated- but that’s ok until you see how dirty the kitchen pans etc.. it was all disgusting dirty l. Not to mention awful check in- no privacy with the owner? Management being there at check in

The property is a very spacious layout great for the larger group. The biggest issues I have are that promised supplies were very much lacking. 1. There weren’t enough towels for everyone in our group of 10 - so we had to share with our spouses and there weren’t ANY towels to use with the pool. So we had to go out and buy some towels.2. Not one laundry pod to wash the clothes/towels3. No trash bags in the kitchen trash can so we got to get those too4. No sponges/dish cloth to wash the dishes5. The pans were warped and so old everything stuck even with no stick spray The grill worked great and lots of seating area. Everyone enjoyed the pool and pool table. Overall the house was great but definitely needs some attention and supples need to be restocked. We would stay here again if supplies were sufficient

Family Vacation - Family of 12

We had 8 adults and 4 teens staying at this property. The kitchen area was ideal for meals together, evening games, etc. We gathered in the kitchen often. The home's location is in a residential neighborhood and we felt very safe walking for exercise. Grocery stores and other retail options are conveniently closeby, as well. Although the property lists 3 FULL bathrooms, two of these bathrooms are connected to individual bedrooms. Therefore, we had 5 adults (in 3 bedrooms) sharing one full bathroom and that was "tight". We communicated with the property manager regarding some of our concerns (including fridge/freezer didn't seem to be operating well, bathroom sink leak, shortage of towels) both during and after our visit and we were told that after our departure, those concerns will be promptly addressed so that future guests don't have the same inconveniences. The property manager assured us that they will take our feedback seriously so that future guests have a 5-star experience. We would consider staying at this property again.
