We really lucked in with this booking. The place was perfect being right on the beach and having a pool made things so easy for us and the kids. The place was super cute and had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was also great. Quick response everytime we had a question. We will be booking again!

We had such a good time here! Everything was as described - or better! It is a very neat little studio. The pool is right outside the door. Perfect to start tanning. The place was almost full but there was no noise and no overcrowding anywhere. There was only two of us but there were plenty of families - an overall pleasant experience!

Right at the boardwalk and so close to the beach! Host provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler for your beach needs. Host provided a coffee machine that makes a full pot or your keurig cups. You have utensils, pots and pans, forks, knives, etc. they provide a microwave, small oven with four burners and a two slice toaster that can take bagels and a fridge with freezer on top. The bed was comfy and there’s a sofa with coffee table, high top table with two stools and, of course, a tv. Plenty of plugs with the extension cords. The best thing was the shower. The water pressure was so good. Plenty of towels and toilet paper for the two of us for the three days.

This studio apartment is in a wonderful location at the quieter north end of the Virginia Beach resort area, right at the end of the 3 mile long oceanfront boardwalk. Being a studio, it is small, but is furnished very efficiently, well maintained, and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is nice and roomy, the sofa is comfortable, and the linens and towels are high quality. The kitchen area is well equipped with a 4 burner stove and oven, microwave and full-sized fridge. The pull-down blackout shade that covers the 3 large windows on the outer wall is a game changer. Mornings on the VB oceanfront can be very bright and this shade keeps the room quite dark so that you can sleep in if you choose to do so. The pool is nice and well maintained, and the private lawn right on the beach is a nice shady place to spend time in the evening enjoying the ocean views, The 2 bikes provided with the studio are a nice touch and are perfect for cruising the boardwalk, or the resort area streets. We enjoyed our stay here very much and hope to return again.

this was a great place to stay, right on the beach and in a very walkable area at the end of the boardwalk that runs along the beach. space was stocked with essential items and the mattress and couch were comfortable. I had a great time, would recommend to friends, especially if traveling solo.

Loved the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk, can't beat that. And having an assigned parking spot was really appreciated. The shower is fabulous, great water pressure and loved the tiles! Nice to have your own fridge and microwave, etc. Really impressed how fast Randy came over when we couldn't figure out how to get the AC working. We had figured it out by the time he arrived but he was glad, not annoyed, asked if we needed anything else, that he lived not too far away. And we really liked the coffeetable that the top converts into a table to eat or work at if you're sitting on couch. Adorable getaway, so much better and more cost-effective than staying at the hotels on the oceanfront.
