The house was exactly as described, we had plenty of room ( 7 people ) great location, easy walk to Oriole Park and passed the Babe Ruth Museum on the way and spent an hour there. Not a bad walk to the Inner Harbor and spent one day at the Aquarium, by then we were a bit tired and managed to figure out how to take the free bus back to the house. Had no trouble parking and didn’t feel unsafe.
Place was just as advertised, my family and I enjoyed our time. The property was located close to everything. Perfect place for a weekwnd getaway. Luis left very good instructions and the two parking permits were a huge help.
Very Conveniently Located for Both M&T Bank and Camden Yards stadiums. Was exactly what we were looking for our group of fathers and sons enjoying a weekend in Baltimore.
Great place to stay within walking distance of Stadium. Clean, well equipped kitchen.Easy check-in/out. Host was very responsive. Two, yes, I said 2 Parking Passes...SCORE!
The home is super cute! We had a wonderful stay. Everything was super clean even the 3rd floor room was cool in the hot summer. We pulled out the sofa in the living room for a little more room to watch tv before bed. Ordered door dash, insomnia cookies and cheesecake factory delivery during our stay and had no issues with delivery. Luis was super awesome and answered all of our questions quickly. Great stay!!
Went to a Ravens game and chose this location for its proximity to the stadium. Which was perfect for our needs. Communication with the Property Manager was outstanding. Property Manager was very forthcoming was details of the rental i.e., parking. Would use this location again
This was a very good property for our purposes to be downtown and go to a game. The property was as desceibed although the top floor (second) fill bathroom didn't have a shower curtain so we were unable to use it. The Wifi was very troublesome and inconsistent as well. Overall, a good experience that we would consider again.
Everything worked out the way it should. Clean house. Fun neighborhood we used scooters almost the time.
Never had a problem with parking or the homeless. I live in Dallas and I feel like I see way more homeless people out in Dallas. Nobody ever bothered us. So overall good stay! Thanks

Kimberly, we're absolutely thrilled to hear that you found our house suitable for your group and was verall a good stay! You're right; Baltimore does experience a higher rate of homelessness compared to some other places. It can be surprising for those unfamiliar with the city. Jay, the gentleman in the wheelchair at the corner of Martin Luther King Blvd. and W. Pratt St., is a testament to the resilience of some of these individuals. He's been there for FOUR years and tends to look out for his area. Many homeless individuals gravitate towards prime locations in the city, and that area is certainly one of them.
Renting was easy peasey online. I made numerous changes from the time I submitted request. Gabriella was on point responding to me and able to answer all my questions and address my concerns. She offered suggestions for us. We had a fairly large group to accommodate and this place fit us perfectly. Even though we were on a main road, the surrounding residential neighborhood was beautiful and well maintained. We were so close to downtown and close to airport and highway. Thank you Gabriella
A nice clean space to stay in. The only problem is location. A lot of homeless people right outside. Across the street in the park are several tents and everyday coming and leaving the place we were approached by someone. Our Uber driver said that we really should not be staying in that part of town. It was ok, we walked the few mins to the downtown area everyday, but we were woken up at night due to arguments and loud shouting outside the house in the middle of the night. Earplugs recommended.

The house is located on Barre Circle, 2 blocks away from the University of Maryland and its hospital. You will see students, nurses, and doctors walk in front if the house all day during the weekdays. On the competitors site we have over 240 great reviews. We also host bigger house next door which has over 220 positive reviews so that’s over 460 great reviews in total. And I’ve been a super host for 5 consecutive years. Nevertheless, Baltimore City is notorious for its significantly high crime rate so I would discourage anybody from walking ANYWHERE in Baltimore City at night, but during the day it is fine to walk around downtown. During the day, its a safe walk to the Inner Harbor, the Convention Center or the Stadiums from the house. However Baltimore City does allow homeless to live wherever they want but they are harmless. For example, on the corner of Pratt and MLK, you probably will see Jay on a wheelchair panhandling all day long; he’s been there for years. A smart blue eyed guy from VA who unfortunately had a work related back injury and got addicted to pain killers. What you have to avoid are the squeegee teenagers who are expanding all over the city; they can be very dangerous. I asked Jay recently: “Jay, why are there no squeegee teenagers around here?“ He replied because we keep them away. Interestingly enough, the homeless might be a blessing in disguise who are doing what the cops can’t. Welcome to Baltimore City!
We booked this place for a friends birthday weekend. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and the house was spacious enough for all of us plus some. Excellent house!
An excellent rental in wonderful condition in a great location with a very helpful host. Being a VRBO host myself, I appreciate the effort it takes to maintain such a nice property. The only suggestion I have is to make clear in the rental description that the stairs to the 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms may be a problem for elderly people. Hand rails would really help, but may not be possible because of how narrow the stairs are. Thank you again for letting us stay with you..!!
As with other reviews, the location is super close to everything in downtown Baltimore. The property is well maintained and clean. The only warning I would put out is that there are several steep wooden steps (almost lighthouse like). If you have mobility issues or small children, you might want to keep that in mind. I know that's not something the owner can change, but it's good to note. During our trip, the Vrbo app was giving us issues and the owner was very responsive. Overall, it was a good experience!
We came to Baltimore to see a baseball game at Camden Yards. Unfortunately, our baseball game was rained out. If I’m able to come back for the rescheduled game I would stay here again! We were able to easily walk to the game as well as many restaurants and shops at the Inner Harbor. There are homeless in the area, but nothing you wouldn’t see in any other major city. We felt very safe. It was a wonderful home that was clean and perfect for our group of 4 to spread out. There’s plenty of room for many more people. Enjoy!
This property was awesome ! Good location close to all the museums/stores/stadiums. Spacious rooms 3 bathrooms which was a huge plus. Great place to stay ! My family enjoyed it and loved having their own rooms and space ! Will be visiting again soon and would love to come back to this rental !
This place was great. The size made it perfect. There was a total of 4 of us and we had plenty Of a space to space out. It was in the ideal location for all that we did. I give it an overall 10 out of 10.
In town for the Monday night football game, this was exactly what we needed. It’s within walking distance to the stadium and a short drive to the inner harbor. Would definitely book again for future trips to Baltimore
What a great weekend! This house was perfect! Very clean and plenty of space for our girls weekend. Most of all the location is just right, 3-5 minutes from the harbor... Definitely will stay again!
I was very pleased with the location and condition of the property. My kids loved the place and it had everything that we needed. I wish we could have stayed longer by our schedule was very tight.

Family Get Together
Property was just as described. Accommodated everyone in my party with room to spare. Perfect for our family get together.
Check in was after the scheduled 3pm since the cleaning crew was still cleaning when we arrived however it was the day after Christmas so understand if they started a little later than normal they were polite and let us know when they were done. Would definitely recommend.
My stay in Maryland was amazing. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is ok a lot of homeless people right outside. The only thing I would recommend is cleaning the couch or finding a couch cover. Over all the trip was amazing. Thank you

I'm happy that your trip was amazing!
We do clean the couches regularly, but this last time we sprayed a water resistant product so the light orange does not get dirty so quickly.
We don't like the idea of couch covers for now because it is not aesthetically pleasing.
In regards to the homeless people at the street corners, Baltimore City like all other metropolitan areas has a huge homeless population. Only 3 blocks from the house you will find homeless people in front of the major hotel chains such as Marriott, Hilton, and Holiday Inn among others.

Living room was not very comfortable and couch was not clean. Could have provided more towels.
