Marco Island Get Away! Ground floor unit in a gated community within feet of the docks, pool, grill and chichut. 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo is stocked with everything you need from cooking equipment, sporting and beach supplies! Family room has brand new furniture, pull out couch and dining table seats 6. Screened in Lanai (porch) New LG washer/drier combo, and wine fridge. South Sea is a wonderful community filled with many things to do, including tennis & pickleball courts, bocce ball, waterfront docks, short walk to private access to the beach. A separate private car is available for rental. Condo Association requires an additional $100 fee at the time of sign in to get access to their gate system. This is required. 1 month rentals only.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please do as much laundry before you leave. Please leave out clean sheets on bed for cleaning service.
If it is the end of the season, there may be specific instructions to turn off water heater, turn off water, put up the dehumidifer on counter.
Pay it forward- Any paper products, cleaning & laundry supplies, beverages, spices or other common goods are to be replaced before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$100 registration fee for the South Seas East (SSE) HOA is required in addtion at check in. You may buy a parking pass $50
Lanai- Appliances, boxes, bicycles, life rafts, inner tubes and other similar
items may NOT be placed on the lanais. No Outdoor cooking on Lanai.
South Seas East has a full list or rules that will be provided via email and must be followed. The community is very nice, but respect is requested.
