This house was such a cozy safe Haven with it being so family friendly, large and spacious! Every morning and every night we enjoyed opening up all the doors and windows to the relaxing and lovely sounds of the trickling stream to the koi Pond. The backyard was a parent’s dream as there was room for my son to play soccer and there was a play place so on days where we didn’t want to leave the house he was suffice playing in the backyard! We love the small patios where we could just sit out in the morning and drink our hot chocolate! Our family thoroughly enjoyed being able to use the community pool that was clean and well maintained! The neighborhood is safe and enjoyable, and we went for many walks in the area! There are plenty of grocery stores nearby as well as many delicious restaurants in the area! At night, we got some of the best sleep we’ve had with comfy, allergen pillows, and soft bedding that suited the whole family! The communication was spot on, and if something was missing, they made sure to provide it right away! The house manager was simply fabulous and so much that he did for our family to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the rental! It was all in the small touches that made this rental homey! From the welcome gifts that they left my son for the Fourth of July to the name brand soaps and shampoos that they left in the showers for us to use!!! If we are ever in Santa Clarita again we will definitely come back and stay here!
