This property is exactly what I needed. Quaint with a will functional kitchen, for me to cook for my college student. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
My stay excellent. I loved having an apt for the same price as a hotel room but with better amenities . Especially the kitchen. I was pleased to be able to cook a full meal on Christmas morning and prep on Christmas eve. It was convenient location. It was very easy to get in and out driving wise. This will definitely be my go to place whenever i am town and need to book a plae to stay. Thank you very much.

You were a pleasure to host and we look forward to your return to our city. Have a Happy New Year!
I grew up in Murfreesboro, NC ,USA. I went to college in Baltimore MD. I love hosting and my husband says I treat our properties like my doll houses. I love being a host because I'm a people person and I love meeting or talking to all of the different guests from around the world who pass through. During covid I had a young man, who was a violinist, who came to Greeensboro to perform and he got covid. His handler/sponsor told me about it but she lived in another city. After hearing what was going on with him, I would take food to him and sit it on the front porch every day until he was able to travel.
Why they chose this property
I love this area because of its style. We purchased the building which was built in the 40's over 25 years ago and have fully renovated it to modern standards. We thoroghly enjoy being apart of this vibrant neighborhood and the neighbors are just wonderful on the entire street. The Bellemeade area of Greensboro, is a downtown neighborhood known for its urban residential buildings, luxury apartments, and proximity to major city attractions. The area's name comes from a grand 19th-century mansion, which was located at what is now the corner of Edgeworth and Bellemeade streets before it was demolished for commercial development in the 1950s. The neighborhood is situated in downtown Greensboro, near key landmarks like First National Bank Park, the Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, and the Wells Fargo Tower. The Bellemeade name serves as a connection to Greensboro's past. The original mansion was a prominent landmark built around 1867. While the home is gone, its legacy is commemorated through street names and historical artifacts. The neighborhood is designed for city living, with high-density apartments and a bustling, convenient atmosphere.
What makes this property unique
Even though the property was built in the 40's, we continue to maintain it to the highest standards especially with cleanliness and central air/heat and black out curtains. These are the things that I really value when I travel.
