This was the perfect place to stay for our long weekend away, it was so cozy. Rosie was so responsive and the little touches left for us upon arrival were so appreciated. We're hoping to stay again when we're back in the area! Initially we were wondering what the stay would be like in a guest house but we had complete privacy and it was nice to know help was right there, if needed (when we blew a breaker)!

Thank you! We enjoyed having you. We usually don’t have an issue with the breakers, but the extreme cold (for this area) meant a larger draw on the electric. We had an exceptional stay here. The cottage is adorable! Our host Rosie is the “Hostess with the mostest!” Little thoughtful touches everywhere. The cottage is well stocked with amenities. Exceptionally clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is very close to Lake Norman. Our visit was so lovely we stayed an extra day. We are already booked for next year!! Can’t wait!

What a clean and well equipped guest house! The decor was so sweet. We have rented vacation homes for years and the owners had paid attention to every detail! While we were there for a wedding, we might just find a reason to visit Lake Norman and would definitely stay at this guest house...... A and 5 STARS!

This place was fantastic! Rosie & Larry are the perfect hosts. Everything you could need was provided... coffee, soaps, full kitchen with plenty of cookware, filtered water pitcher, condiments, etc. Bed was so comfortable and the whole place was tastefully decorated. Large TV, and great walking areas for my dog! I honestly didn’t want to leave. Absolutely perfect.
