Walk/bike to Perkerson Park, Marta, Atlanta Beltine, Lee & White Food Hall & Tyler Perry Studios. Very quiet block in the heart of the city superb for relaxing. French doors & deck to large private, fenced yard great for kids and or pets. Long driveway for plenty of parking. Very well lit yard and covered porch with original mosaic detail.

The entrance was very difficult to navigate because some type of handrail is necessary, especially for older adults. I had difficulty entering and leaving the property.

We had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean and updated, with proper bedding and linens, as well as convenient parking, which made everything simple and stress-free. While the home did not have a coffee pot or extra cups, we shared that feedback with the owner. That small inconvenience actually led us to discover Rosie Café about a mile away—a cozy neighborhood spot with great coffee and excellent breakfast and lunch options.We were in Atlanta for an event, and this location worked well for our needs. Although we did not have a need for the outdoor space during this trip, we would absolutely consider renting this property again for future alumnae events.
