Seven minute drive to grocery stores. Ten minute drive to Old Town Cottonwood. Fifteen minute drive to Interstate 17. Twenty minutes to Jerome and thirty minutes to Sedona.

Soundproofed guest suite with two rooms (one bedroom and one living room) plus full bathroom. Private entrance with deck. Bedroom with queen size bed and memory foam mattress. Common room with dining table/desk and kitchenette.

Guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. The entire guest suite is your private space during the duration of your stay. Guest suite shares a soundproofed common wall with main house. Guests do not have access to any other portion of the main house.
