Great property. Clean and pet friendly. Roof top sitting area views were amazing. So many places to hang out: pier, screened in patio, pool area and deck off main house. Good location. Very responsive. We will be staying there again.

Nina was wonderful to work with! There was plenty of room for our group of twelve. Our teenagers especially enjoyed the downstairs room so much we only saw them at dinner! The bar on the lower level was an added bonus and enjoyed watching the Spurs game out there. The pool was clean and relaxing. The views from the were also amazing!We really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful home and we'll definitely be booking again soon!

Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had family from South Korea come for a visit and wanted a nice place to stay in Rockport. The Blue Pearl was perfect for us to visit with family from Rockport. It was fully fenced in so our dogs had a great time too. The house was is big and had plenty of space. The downstairs bar is cool, great place to watch a game. We caught blue crab, catfish and black drum from the backyard. We did not get a chance to use pool as we were busy with family. But the area and pool were perfect and clean. I would definitely book again.

It was amazing the house is beautiful and it is a perfect vacation home. They had a beautiful clean pool with alot of area to fish we caught alot of fish also. Amazing setup for about 10 plus people we had thank you guys again.
