Experience the charm and walkability of Ouray from this beautiful, modern townhome. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for gathering with family and friends. Step out onto the deck to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening barbecue while taking in the breathtaking mountain views.

Each of the three floors includes a bedroom and bathroom for added privacy. The lower (1st) level offers a queen bed, the 2nd floor includes two twin beds plus a twin trundle, and the top (3rd) floor features a king bed and an additional daybed. The upper-level family room is ideal for reading, playing games, or relaxing with a movie and a cozy blanket.

This retreat is just two blocks off of Main and just steps away from restaurants, Mouse's Chocolates and Candy and many more boutiques and historical buildings. The scenic Perimeter Trail, just west of the property, is easily accessible for hiking and outdoor adventure.

Important Notes
-Four wheel drive or AWD is strongly encouraged during winter months due to mountain conditions
-This home does not offer air conditioning, which is uncommon in Ouray ’s alpine climate
-Guests are responsible for monitoring local weather and road conditions, especially during winter travel


**Starter Supplies
The home includes a starter supply of 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 rolls of paper towels per kitchen to help you settle in comfortably. Should you need additional supplies during your stay, Market is conveniently located just 10 minute walk to the main strip in downtown Ouray

Great place in many ways, but the mattresses were uncomfortable and are in need of replacement. Other than that, the location and function of the property is excellent. The bathrooms, showers and kitchen are all great. The family room is very comfortable. The host is attentive and we had everything we needed, except a good night’s sleep.
