Welcome to your ideal beach retreat! Ocean Dunes 301!

This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa boasts a full-sized kitchen and a spacious living-dining area. The master bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds perfect for children. The living room includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests. Enjoy a refreshing side view of the ocean from the balcony.

Ocean Dunes offers complimentary wireless internet and a heated oceanfront pool, maintained at a comfortable 82 degrees year-round. The pool is open daily from 9 AM to sunset.

Situated on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Ocean Dunes is just 70 yards from the beach and a short stroll from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park. Experience the best of Hilton Head with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Guests also have access to the Hilton's Oceanside Bar and Grill and Starbucks products!

Okay stay

There was no communication and I never received any replies. The space was very nice but needed deep cleaned. The bathroom vanity drawers were full of dust, lint and hair and the bed sheets had hair on them.

We should have done a bit more research prior to booking this property. There are very few reviews and sadly we now know why. While in theory the property seems clean and reasonably priced for the area - the infrastructure and condition is really poor. The unit was clean I will give it that. But upon entry my family was consumed by the smell of mold and mildew. I have small children and this is concerning. I called and they came and changed the filters. The master shower was fully clogged and had to be snaked. The master bath has no venting and the ceiling has visible mold on it. Maintenance came and bleached and it snaked the shower. We left early. I had a headache each morning from sleeping in a space with such poor air quality. I wish we would have left on the first day and got a refund because it was really really poor. Other units in this complex are much better maintained. I sadly would not recommend this unless it gets a fully HVAC and plumbing refresh.

This property has just had the A/C units pulled and cleaned and sprayed. The villa has been completely painted throughout, new sofa, new bedding, chair cushions, etc. Should be in great shape for the upcoming rental season. See new Photos.

Unresponsive property manager and pics are deceiving

You over look a pool for the Hilton property that you can’t use. They also have another pool you don’t have access to. So out of the 3 pools in the pictures, you can only use one. No pool towels in the unit.
