Welcome to the Manhattan! Get ready to relax in this spacious, 3bedroom, sun-filled craftsman home located in the heart of Atlanta, historic Grant Park. This lovely property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sofa bed (West Elm), perfect for a family or group of friends. This distinguished home has a beautiful midcentury flair, with velvet furnishings, an open floor-plan, modern kitchen, and a comfortable living room. The elegant primary ensuite has a beautiful large walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Lovely front porch, screened-in back porch, and a nice fire pit area in the fenced in backyard. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. Not suitable for toddler aged children.

Everything was as advertised and the pictures on the Vrbo site matched the actual living space very well. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on both the front and back (screened in) porches. All the amenities were great and unlike some places we stayed, there was more than adequate paper towels, napkins, dishwasher pods, etc etc. They did not skimp on anything. This was nice as we didn't have to buy anything while there besides our own food, of course. Also, the HVAC worked great as did all the lights and appliances. There wasn't a single thing wrong. We enjoyed the very quiet neighborhood and it is in a great location with easy access to a number of fun restaurants and not far from the Beltline. Hardly any cars parked on the street so parking was no issue at all. And it is an easy drive from the airport. Communication with the owners was great and any question we asked was quickly answered. There is no question we would and will rent again for our next Atlanta trip. Great place all around.
