The condo, completely updated with all new flooring, appliances, furnishings and linens is fully equipped for a long stay while providing all the conveniences and simple elegances to make you feel right at home. The condo has 3 flat screen TV's in the master bedroom, living room, and den. It includes new beds, high end linens, furnishings, and electronics throughout including new Stainless appliances. The condo’s spacious balcony overlooks a lake and the beautifully maintained and landscaped Greenlinks pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new housewares, including a Keurig coffee machine, Cuisinart Coffee Maker teapot, all dishes, pots and pans and starter spices too. Just off the kitchen is the washer and dryer, perfect for quick loads of towels and swimwear. There are 4 beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas in the condo for your use, as well as tennis and pickle ball racquets, bocce set, all kitchen supplies including melamine dishes & glasses for dining at the pool if desired. Those come in handy if guests choose to grill out at one of 5 new gas grills available for your use around the Greenlinks Resort Pool.

The large and welcoming foyer has plenty of space to park your clubs, shoes, towels, and beach accessories, along with a convenient desk for your computer and keys. The condo has dedicated high-speed internet giving you free and instant access to browsing and email. The condo is located on the second floor which allows for a quieter, peaceful setting - with higher ceilings, lovely views and security.

We spent 10 days at condo, and it was perfect. Condo is close to a great pool and pickleball courts. The place was immaculate, beds very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Everything one would need. Lovely enclosed screen porch overlooks pond and fountain. The Lely resort is a good location, with many options for enjoying Naples, Marco Island and surrounding area. Would recommend.

Perfect in every way

Great communication. Beautifully decorated. Sparkling clean. And every convenience imaginable! The only problem was we didn’t stay long enough. The lanai overlooking the pond and pool was so relaxing. The beaches are all within 30 minutes and the resort pool made it hard to want to leave. We will be back next year foe longer!

We loved staying at Katie’s condo. Everything was clean and beautifully appointed. Just like home. Katie was a great host in organising golf for my husband and making sure we were happy when there. You have found your vacation place - do not look any further!

Katies's place is just perfect so do not look any further! We have been renting from private owners for many years and this is by far the best equipped condo we stayed at during our vavation. You will feel like at home with all the little details, from honestly everything you need in your kitchen to cotton balls, band aids, cosmetics in your bathroom, and mamy many more. The condo is spotless, the beds are comfy, and the location is so nice and convenient. You are in downtown Naples going north in 20-25 minutes and on Marco Island going south in about the same time.There are grocery stores and many other stores and restaurants nearby. The complex is very well kept with an amazing and heated pool. There are also tennis courts on the grounds. Of course for golfers it is a paradise since the condo is a walking distance from the two beautiful golf courses (pricey in March!) and the famous Sam Snead restaurant is also a walking distance. Above all, Katie is the best host that we have ever had. She stays on top of the things with perfect communication over the phone. She has even returned our deposit mailing it on Saturday on the day we checked out. Thank you Katie for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will be back.

Great condo!

We had a very good time at this nice and clean condo. The facilities in Greenlinks fitted our needs (tennis, fitness, pool, golf). Lely is still in convenient reach of the beaches, shops and restaurants of Naples. The owners have always been very responsive and and helpful (thanks!).

Winter Get Away for Shirley & Walt!

"Home away from Home" - that's how comfortable this immaculate & comfortable condo was for us. 28 day of party time with our "March Friends" couldn't have been better.....beautiful weather, beautiful view from the Linaii, enjoyed the pool, Sam Snead Grill and Marco Island. Only problem - time in Florida seems to go double time, I wanted to stop the clock. Already looking forward to March 2016 - and more time if it is available.

WINTER PARADISE!

Katie and Roger have thought of everything to make this lovely, immaculate condo comfortable and relaxing with so many amenities. The Lely Resort location between downtown Naples and Marco Island was terrific, with so much to do. The beautifully landscaped view from the Lanaii of the pond and pool area was fabulous to wake up to each morning. The condo was so spacious to spread out and enjoy different sitting and eating areas. Golf courses at Greenlinks only steps away were meticulously manicured and challenging. And lunch, dinner or drinks at Sam Sneads Grill, a two minute walk, was another great additional to this wonderful location. Long walks, bicycle rides, great fitness center on the grounds or just laying at the pool were just a few of the things that lent to a truly great vacation. Katie and Roger were very caring people and attentive to all our needs. Great place for couples and families alike!

Wonderful Vacation!

Our stay in March, 2014 was terrific. The condo is newly furnished and very clean and comfortable. Amenities include multiple TV's, Internet access, and all kitchen and dining needs. The location in Greenlinks is excellent and a short stroll to the pool, fitness center and Sam Snead's Restaurant. Lely is a beautiful community and ideal for golfers or just relaxing at the pool. Katie and Roger were gracious, helpful and very easy to work with. This is a very, very nice vacation property.

Wonderful stay, close to everything

Had a terrific stay here over the Christmas and New Year's holiday. The condo was VERY comfortable for me and my family (wife and two daughters - ages 5 and 3). Furnishings were updated, clean and very comfortable. Beautiful screened lanai that overlooked a nice lake, and within steps of a great pool. Great kitchen - had everything you would want or need to eat in, if you prefer. Condo is a short drive to great restaraunts and downtown Naples. Also close to terrific beaches as well - either Naples or Marco Island. Owners were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very easy to er in touch with and they definitely went out of their way to make sure we had everythig we needed. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Naples area. Will stay here again at some point if I'm lucky enough to make it back down to Naples.

It's easy to get to Lely as well - conveniently located a short distance from Ft Myers or Naples airports. If you want to relax, enjoy tennis, golf, sun or swim, or shop - or any combination therof, you will love it here.
