This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 12 guests and features a private in-ground pool, comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of amenities for families and groups.

• Bedroom 4 — 2 Bunk Beds (4 Twin Beds)

Sunlight filters through the windows as you ease into a slow morning, coffee in hand and plans for the beach just minutes away. After a day along Venice’s shoreline, return to a refreshing swim and the easy comfort of a home designed for gathering, unwinding, and spending time together.

The property also boasts of various amenities including a dedicated workspace, a pack ’n play travel crib for the little guests, entertaining board games, beach essentials, and more. To add to your convenience, garage parking is available for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance, and we`ll arrange it for you.

Sleeping arrangements
This 3-bedroom home accommodates up to 12 guests with a flexible layout suited for families and groups. Sleeping options include one king bed, two queen beds, two twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, giving everyone a place to rest at the end of the day. A Pack ’n play/Travel crib is also available for younger guests.

Inside, the home offers air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable year-round. A TV, Wifi, and Ethernet connection provide entertainment and connectivity, while a dedicated workspace makes it easy to stay productive if needed. Washer and dryer access, along with essentials like bed linens and towels, help make longer stays feel effortless.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with a full setup that includes a refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. A dining table offers space to gather indoors, whether you’re sharing breakfast before heading out or winding down in the evening.

No smoking inside: $500 fee for violations.
Maximum of 2pets allowed with total of 40pounds and with an extra charge of $50 per pet per day

No parties or large gatherings: $500 fee; violations may result in cancellation with no refund.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, please respect neighbors.
Damages or missing items: Guests responsible for costs.
No underage drinking.
Keep it clean: No wet towels on beds, no shoes inside.
Check-in/out: Early or late check-out available with prior approval.
