Beautiful view right on the beach.It was great just walking down the stairs right onto the beach. You get two lounge chairs, umbrella and small table with your stay.Great surprise. Comfortable bed and plenty of towels.

We had a wonderful stay! My favorite part was the beach service. Very convenient and I felt like there was a section of beach reserved just for us! We rented bikes also. The location is a bike ride to Alys and Rosemary Beach but a car ride to seaside which was fine. Very convenient location to a Publix/starbucks location as well. Nice beach towels provided. The hide bed was actually comfortable. We hope to stay again!

This townhome was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. The ocean view was amazing, but our favorite part was probably the beach access & set up. It's just steps from the back patio to the shared beach stairs. It was quite a few steps, but not as bad as it looked. Then our 2 chairs and umbrella were set up and ready for us every day right at the bottom of the stairs. That's pretty hard to beat! The beach itself was fairly quiet and relaxing. This is not one of those places that's loud and crazy, and you are fighting for a spot in the sand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again as everything went very smoothly.

The property is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend staying here. The host was very responsive and accommodating. If you are interested in booking bikes, i would also recommend booking with with Batten! He has excellent customer service.

10/10 from the moment I made the reservation to the day we checked out. Excellent communication with the owner and VERY REASONABLY priced.The house: Immaculate. Every kitchen appliance/accessory you’ll need. Comfy living area. Both beds super comfy and LOTS of pillows. The sunset from the master bedroom is amazing.The beach: Access was easy - just a few steps from the back are the steps that lead directly to the private beach. Beware, there are close to 50 steps you’ll climb when returning back to the unit! There are no beach towels so bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrella are included so no red to bring your own. The sand….like sugar, and surprisingly not hot to walk on even in the hottest days! I grew up in the Caribbean and the sand was VERY similar. Lots of smaller marine life in the water so get a snorkel. Yes, we got stung by small jelly fish but it only happened once.The beach was as beautiful as all the articles say it is. Warm, calm water perfect for families with small children.Batten Beach Services was very responsive and accommodating. They had our beach chairs ready for us each day. We rented a paddle board (life jackets included) that they brought out within 5 minutes. Great price and totally worth it.The surrounding area: Don’t pass on walking through Alys Beach - really beautiful. Rosemary Beach had lots of stores and restaurants so don’t pass on going there. It’s just 1 mile or so down the road.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Will DEFINITELY return.
