Good communication from the host. Great location near beach and on the intercoastal. We enjoyed the pool and lounging areas by the water and watching the boats. Well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen. Loved the two master suites!

Only real complaint is lack of self parking and required 60 for valet. Otherwise, great stay, great location with Fort Lauderdale water taxi stop on property.

We used this property as our base for a 9 night stay. It was centrally located, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. My son and I attended several sporting events and toured Ft Lauderdale all week with out a hitch. Alan responded to all our requests and is an all around great guy to sit down to have a coffee with. If we're ever back in the area...I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this property again.
