Steve is my first guest in a year to have an issue with nighttime commotion. While unfortunate, I think this had to do with it being over New Years' Eve. He added another night last minute and was charged the nightly rate per the listed rate on VRBO. I kindly refunded him a large portion of it to accommodate his stay.
LOVED IT. We came to Tulsa for an extended weekend but the colder weather kept us inside more than we planned. But it was okay because the bungalow was cozy and perfect for a low key getaway. Easily the best part of our vacation. My son wanted to stay forever.

About the host
Hosted by Ayschia Kuykendall
Hi! We are a husband and wife hosting team! We’re both Tulsa natives but we’ve been fortunate to have traveled the world and stayed in some incredible places with inspiring hospitality. These experiences influenced our decision to create a rental property. We still travel regularly but these days it’s alongside our growing girls. Jeff, a former restauranteur still cooks regularly and plays pickleball. Ayschia gardens and plays tennis when she can!
Why they chose this property
Route 66 is classic and we are excited to celebrate 100 years of the American road. It's also conveniently located to many of the hot spots you'll want to visit while in town.
What makes this property unique
Thoughtfully curated to be airy yet cozy at the same time.
