New studio apartment in Cedar Creek/Bastrop provides a wonderful space for guests to relax and unwind. It is an independent space attached to the host house in an upscale neighborhood with private entrance. King bed with a tempur pedic mattress and a Queen sofa bed (sleeps 4).
What is provided:
1) Kitchen: Pots, Pans, Silverware, Plates, Glasses, Cups, Keurig for coffee/tea, salt/pepper 42" TV with cable and live-streaming. Queen Sofa Bed.
2) Bathroom: Jack & Jill (2 sinks), one bath tub/shower, soap, towels/wash cloths, hair dryer
3) Bedroom: King Bed with Tempur pedic Mattress, Sheets, Pillows, Comforter, (2) luggage racks, ironing board/iron, 42" TV with cable and live-streaming.
4) One parking space in the driveway as well as street parking. We think our place will provide you with a comfortable stay while experiencing everything Cedar Creek/Bastrop has to offer.
Note: 27 mins to Circuit of Americas (F-1), 15 mins to downtown Bastrop and 35 mins to the Austin city limits.
Host will be available to assist with questions and to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

This is on Septic. It's very important that nothing other than toilet paper do down the toilet or we will all have a bad stay!
There will be one parking space on the left side of the house in the driveway and street parking. Private entrance on the right side of the house.
