A picture paints a 1000 words but memories can last a lifetime. If your are ready for an affordable getaway this clean recently updated condo is the perfect option. This condo is next door to the owners home which makes it convenient if you have any questions or concerns that need an immediate response. This condo has 2 bedrooms/2 bath with a queen size bed in each room. The master bedroom has their own bathroom while the second bathroom is located in the hallway which includes a whirlpool tub. There is also a leather sofa bed in the living room that folds out as a queen size bed to accommodate the third couple. It comes with most all the amenities of home. It is Ideal for three couples or a family of six. PLEASE CONTACT ME AND I MAY CONSIDER MAKING ANY OTHER EXCEPTION'S. I also have two other Condo on the same property VRBO ID # 602555 & ID # 1365563 with 2 bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in each unit so if you have a larger group please view it and contact me and I may be able to offer a discount for renting both or all three properties . There is a 55 ' big Screen Ultra HD Smart TV in the living room, Wifi, Washer and Dryer and a dream Kitchen with all the appliances, pots and pans etc. There is a gas grill on the outside deck along with lounge table and chairs. there will be 1 a pier spot assigned for boats up to 28 feet please call if you need more space extra fees may apply.
This charming condo on Lake Wawasee has a clean courtyard setting to give your family extra room for family activities. This property is on a channel off Johnson Bay which is a very popular ski basin to do any water sports. If you like to relax with family and friends then the sandbar is just a few minutes away. For any questions regarding availability (including off season) or if you have any general questions please contact me. Lake getaway sounds great but you don’t have a boat.... No problem!!!! We have a Tritoon pontoon that maybe available to rent (subject to availability) the pics are in this listing. The pontoon is only available to qualified renters for additional cost, please email me on VRBO for availability and rate inquiry. There are several other Marina's in the area where you maybe able to rent a watercraft too.

Lake trip

Large compound designed for fantastic entertaining!

Anjum's property is the perfect hideaway on Wawasee. It is large enough to fit all extended family and has a ton of amenities. We stayed for a girls weekend and it was a great experience. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a cool place on a lake!

Anjum and his son Sean were great hosts. The tiki bar was great and the accomodations were also great. They even had a gas drill for us to use which we did each night.

The place is as described - great location on the channel. But Anjum’s hospitality and personal touches are what set it apart. He’s built a compound with cool features and is incredibly attentive and friendly. We will be back for sure.

Great week!

Can’t say enough about the family that owns this property. They live right next door & are extremely responsive! The property itself is a great place on a channel about 2 minutes by boat to the lake. Had 4 adults & 1 child & we fit very comfortably. HIGHLY recommended!

My family and I had a great time, Anjum is a great host, and is always available for any questions or concerns. Lake access , is just a few 100 ft. down the channel by boat or jet ski. Plenty of dock space for your toys. I would stay here again with out question.

WEEEKEND GETAWAY LAKE HOUSE

We had a great time this weekend at Lake Wawasee VRBO rental. It was just the right size for 4 adults and teenager. We had all of the amenities to cook, including a grill. There was also a full size washer, dryer and dishwasher. Anjum was onsidlte during our stay and available to answer any questions we had. He was very generous.

Met our needs, but not impressive

Owners friendly and available if needed. Kitchen was not very clean, we had to wash all dishes, pans, and utensils before using a they did not appear clean. Beds were fairly comfortable but sleeper sofa, not so much. Thankfully we brought an air mattress just in case. Dining table only accommodates 4 when there are 6 chairs and place is meant for 6 people. Bathrooms were clean but had a mildew smell. Was nice to have 2 full baths. Overall location was great. Ample parking, great neighborhood.

Great location. Properties are not quite as described in listing

We rented the three properties listed on VRBO - one through VRBO and the other two outside of VRBO. The location is great and as described - on a channel just off a quieter bay on the main lake. There is plenty of room for parking vehicles, trailers and boats, and plenty of room outside to hang out, and there is a nice firepit. The owner allowed our kids to use the kayaks located at the property, which was great. The owner lives onsite in a different house and was available when we had questions. Owner and family were very friendly. We enjoyed using the property with our extended family. As far as the properties themselves - the larger property is definitely nicer than the other two. In the other two the A/C had issues. In one of the properties, the owner tried to help by installing a portable unit but it struggled during the heat of summer and really only cooled the main room. It was hot in the bathroom or bedrooms. In the other smaller property the A/C consisted of a in-wall unit, which was noisy, and a portable unit in a bedroom, which tripped the breaker most nights and shut off. This may be less of an issue if it had been cooler during our stay. The wifi was not usable in either of the smaller units, even though it's shown as an amenity. This is because the router is located in the larger unit and the signal didn’t reach the other two properties. We had some discussions with the owner about the A/C and wifi issues but while the owner was very pleasant, they didn't see these issues as being significant, while we think they were, especially given the price and description of the properties.

A party niche.

First of all, the owner Anjum is fantastic! Very attentive to our needs and concerns. We came over Thanksgiving weekend and it was very quiet. That's exactly what I was looking for. The entire family loved the outdoor hot tub in the 40 degree weather. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and some supplies even. The house could use a little updating and some general repair, but very nice overall. In the summer it would be awesome, especially with friends. Definitely a great place for a few families to get together, rent the boat, enjoy a fire, etc...

Fun Lakehouse

We loved our stay. The property owner was very helpful and made sure we were aware of all the amenities that were available to us. The dock was great for fishing and keeping our boat. We loved kayaking in the channel and used the Tiki bar every day! The condo was perfect in size and very clean! It was a great way to enjoy Lake Wawasee!

Wawasee home rental

Host was available at all times. Clean home with lots of amenities. I would suggest if you are renting his boat to be clear about the dates you want to rent it Very helpful host who was willing to work with us on power outage issue that occurred ( no fault of home owner). I would recommend this property to rent

Very Affordable and Great Space

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner (Anjum) was great and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our boat at the dock and it was only a short distance to get out to the bay. Our family really enjoyed the tiki bar and all of the space that comes with this condo which allowed us to play cornhole and hang out on the grass without feeling cramped. My wife and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for and affordable place on lake wawasee.

Fun Lake House

This is a great lake property at Lake Wawasee. Lots of great amenities: a fire pit, hot tub, a tiki bar (which we ate every meal at), a grill & a nice size yard for the kids to play in. We rented the pontoon for a few days to go tubing. I had lots of questions, since this was our first experience of renting a lake property, and the owner was more than helpful with answering them. We had great weather & a great experience!

very nice property for the money

I arrived and there was the owner who oriented me and my wife to the property and answered all of our questions. My favorite was the electric fireplace that turns on at night. And the Big screen TV that i could receive netflix hulu and amazon. The fire pit was an added touch as far as overall relaxing. I really enjoyed the tiki bar that is located down on the water that comes furnished with bar TV and sound system and refrigerator. I will definitely will be coming back! And the refrigerator and dishwasher were brand new.
