My stay in Miami was most enjoyable. I will begin with the positive aspects. It was really nice to have coffee already in the kitchen, even decaf. I really liked the bedside tables in the master bedroom which had outlets for recharging. The bathroom lighting was very adequate. TVs worked well. Neighborhood was quiet and convenient. The apartment was simply decorated. The artificial plants scattered throughout were a nice addition.Now for the negatives. Can openers did not work, the wine opener broke. I had to buy those items plus teaspoons, knives, ice holder, towels etc. The refrigerator was set up so that the doors were backwards. The bathrooms lacked storage. The other bedroom was set up for three, but there was no place to put anything. A chest of drawers could have been put in the closet. There were no shelves in the linen closet. Luckily no one came to visit . The fans in the bathrooms did not work, got very steamy. There was only one no slip mat; should have been one for each bathroom. There was no heat; I was there for a brief period of record breaking cold. Never thought to ask about heat. The tile floor and the tile in the master bath was in poor condition. A lot of these "flaws" could easily and inexpensively be rectified. In general I enjoyed my stay: great biking, parks and museums., and of course weather. I would spend time in the area again.
