Other Things to Note:
While this home is in a downtown neighborhood, it is also on a residential block. We ask that all guests be respectful and considerate of our neighbors by limiting any outside noise made during the property's quiet hours.
This is a true downtown stay, so guests may hear normal city sounds and nearby freeway noise at times. Most guests have found it easy to settle in, but we like to be transparent for anyone especially sensitive to urban noise.
This home is best suited for groups comfortable with a flexible sleeping setup: two private queen bedrooms plus single beds in the living area.

Ideally located! Very nice home with all of the amenities: ice and coffee maker etc. I left my coffee behind on accident and was very grateful they were stocked. The remodel is outstanding as well! Quiet neighborhood and effectient driving to anywhere in the twin cities being located right near the highway.
