wonderful spot to stay, especially with kids! the property is fun, clean, and ready to host you! great supplies in the kitchen for cooking and comfy beds. our group of 4 moms and 4 children had a splendid 2 night stay!

I really can’t complain, it’s a very nice place. There were just a couple of things I would consider. -a laundry basket-more kid-friendly cups -and a place for pets to poop Other than those minor things, we had everything we needed. Thank you!

Bailey offered an incredible place for our family of 9! Located in a quiet neighborhood that's only a short Uber ride to the historic downtown area. The home was furnished with loads of fun activities and a nicely stocked kitchen for meal needs. We've traveled all over the southern states and so far the kids voted this as one of our best homes we have had the pleasure of staying at, thank you for offering such a lovely place!

I can’t say enough good things about this house and Bailey as a host. The house is beautiful- it has been very tastefully decorated and it is clear that lots of thought has been put into making this house the perfect place to stay, with lots of little thoughtful touches. Bailey was very communicative and went above and beyond as a host to check everything was going well during our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and hope to return soon.

Everything we experienced with this property was great from the communication and flexibility of the host to the size of the home, amenities and location.close to town and the beach, quiet neighborhood walkable neighborhood. Everything was clean, fun and wonderful for our mini family reunion. Lots of areas in the home to have a private conversation and plenty of room for a family dinner and all being together. Don't miss this listing but don't tell too many people either ;)

We loved this house!!! There were so many activities the host had set up for us and she even made sure we had supplies for s’mores!! Everything was very clean and perfectly decorated to make us feel at home and embrace the beach theme! Best of all, the host was a great communicator! She answered in a timely manner when we had questions/needed anything! (She even had paper towels delivered to us in less than an hour of needing them)!! I would 100% recommend this listing to any one visiting St. Augustine!!

I have to say our host was so attentive and made us feel so welcome. Before, during and after our stay she was so reachable if we needed anything. The home itself was cozy and offered everything you could possibly want away from home. So many places to sit and have a good time. The beds were comfortable and everything was working. Everyone in our party had a grand time and had so many good things to say. You would not be disappointed if you choose this as your place. Location also a plus. Close to beach and downtown. Definitely would stay there again. My husband even left something behind and she graciously mailed it to us. How above and beyond is that?!

Very fun place for family vacation. Comfortably fit 8 people. Most amenities I’ve ever had in a rental. Not just the activities and games.charging stations in every room. Beach towels, wagons, cooler. Hand soaps, shampoo in every bathroom. More dishes than we could ever need. A lot of places provide the minimum but this was above and beyond. Owner was immediately available when we had an issue with the door code. Best overall rental we’ve had.
