Wonderful family Home!

We spent a week at this lovely Pine St. Home. It has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. It is clean and well furnished. The location is one of the best in town. All the restaurants in town are within walking distance and so are some of the beach front activities. The owners are friendly and extremely accommodating to your needs. Unlike many Nantucket rentals where you are left in care of the managing agent , some of the family members of this home live in town and are happy to help out with any issues that may arise. I would recommend it for families especially with teenage/adult children since they will have their own independence due to the added luxury of being able to walk into town and beaches. It makes the vacation win-win for all! We will certainly be back!

New Jersey family of four uses this home for summer vacations, fall and winter months, family reunions and long weekends.

Why they chose this property

After meeting on Nantucket during college, we have returned every summer. Owning a home that would become a magnet for family get-togethers made a lot of sense. The house is comfortable and convenient, which had a lot of appeal. In-town location eliminates the need to get in the car every time we want to do something.

What makes this property unique

We like the house because of the open floor plan, the ability to accommodate multiple family members, and the back yard, which we upgraded substantially. And, you can walk to many of the great restaurants like Languedoc, Black Eyed Susan's, Ventuno and The Ships Inn.
