Charming, Convenient Mid-Island Nantucket Cottage on Surfside Beach Bike Path

Excellent Mid-Island location, convenient to island bus & along the bike path to popular Surfside Beach; walk to the grocery store, liquor store, take-out & dine-in restaurants.

1 week (FRI 4 pm -FRI 10 am) minimum during summer. NO PETS, please.

3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main floor has 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub. The upstairs floor has a similar bathroom with 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and another with 2 single beds.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lower thermostat to 40 in colder months; turn off in summer. Turn off ACs.
Take out trash. Trash pickup is every Tuesday.
Remove food from refrigerator and cupboards.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Nantucket has strict recycling policies. Use only clear trash bags & designated containers. Bring your trash to bins next to the shed.
At your departure, the pillows/beds should be stripped of linens, and a full load of laundry should be started.
The Homeowner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.

Is a fantastic location! Very nice house and amenities. We really enjoyed the back deck and yard. We had a great stay and the beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked and we very much appreciated use of beach towels and chairs. Would definitely recommend.

Great place for a girl's weekend

Perfect for a mother daughter weekend for 4 of us. Walked to town to dinner, rented bikes for the subsequent days and this house was right on the bike path. Perfect for our group. Would stay again.

Great Stay

This is a great VRBO listing in Nantucket. Its a perfect location if you want to bike around, and just just outside of town. The place was clean, instructions were clear, and there were just enough supplies to make it a very comfortable stay.

An amazing time

The home is beautiful. The yard is well maintained and the interior has a solid Nantucket vibe. It was the perfect place for my wife and me along with my wife’s parents and our infant son to enjoy a week stay. The place was clean the instructions were simple but details. Communication with the owner was prompt. I would easily stay here again.

Nantucket Dream house

i cannot say enough about our stay at casabella. It was perfect. location was just what we needed. We bused and walked everywhere. i had my 2 married daughters with me and there little ones. They played in the back yard while we enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect. clean, well stocked. Aperfect get away for a week! Thank you Jo!!!
