Great Location

This condo is a great location across from John’s Pass! Lots of restaurants and outdoor bars with great entertainment. The condo was clean but needs some updated furniture. We did enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and clean and was everything we wanted. I do wish they left some more basic items like you see in other condos, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The bed was very comfortable, and the condo is very open and feels even bigger than it is.

Loved Sandy Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed several places by John's Pass over the last 35 years and loved our stay here. Room was not as updated as others but it was clean. Parking was easy and had space for our visitors. We loved the pool area and it was kept spotless daily. And of course the views were amazing. Can't wait to come back.

Nice location

Great location and view. The place was great and clean but, toilet didn’t even after maintenance fixed it. The 2 TV in the house are not working not even local tv. It’s a tv mess, maintenance was the for 30 minutes. No paper towels or anything. The info books on the table are old outdated and really tell you nothing. You are on your own at this place. No extra towels, toilet paper etc.

Sandy Shores

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I rented two units, #301 and #305. #305 was a little nicer than #301 but they were both clean. You cannot beat the view from #305. The elevator is slow, but we were able to take the stairs, so it wasn’t a real issue. The pool is nice and maintained everyday. You cannot beat the view and location. It’s impossible to get any closer to the beach and you can walk across the street to John’s Pass. Would def stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it’s a lovely unit. There’s a couple small things. We had to keep taking the lid off the toilet tank and pushing the thing that makes it fill with water. Had to do that at least 15 times during the week. The other thing was the TV. Horrible. Never rented a unit that didn’t have regular tv. The amount of money we pay for rent, there should be regular tv. Never got it to work all week.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great however I found there is no customer appreciation for having booked with sunhost for the past 12 years. I think they could simply say “ thanks for booking with the us” I realize they deal with thousands of guest but generally they make you feelLike you are privileged to book with them. Not sure if they are more into the people they rent the condos for or the guests?
