We had a wonderful stay! The place was charming, well presented, and conveniently located right in town. The host was also quick to communicate and very responsive to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

What a gem in a small town! The Villa feels practically brand new—beautifully decorated and pristine-clean! We were just a couple, but it would be nice for a small family or a friend group, keeping in mind only one bathroom. Our bed was very comfortable—my hubby said it was better than home! There were a lot of seating options—kitchen table, dining table, living room and even a cute little “parlor” in the front entry room. We had trouble with the locks initially, and the hosts control the thermostat, but Scott was very quick to respond when we called. Highly recommend!

Scott's place in Spencer was a great place to stay while attending our Cousins Reunion. We couldn't have been happier with our accomodations. Stayed 2 nights & hadn't rested that well in months! In other words, it was a great bed! Thanks, Scott!

Adorable!Super Convenient!Great host responsiveness!Spencer is a sweet town with a summer pool, a yummy cafe, a well-provisioned general store, and a lovely beauty salon! So conveniently located to the Fort Randall Dam, Visitor Center, & Recreation Beach Area. A must go destination to be sure!
